I enjoyed the cooking class. I learned how to make several food items. The instructor and chef were so energetic and fun. We danced! Everything was explained very well. After cooking, we sat done to eat together. The meal was so delicious! I would recommend this cooking class if visiting Cartagena.

The cooking class was an amazing experience! The host had excellent communication and made everything easy from the beginning. The main chef brought so much energy and personality to the class, making it fun, interactive, and entertaining. There was great music, plenty of laughs, and of course, delicious food. The sous chef was bilingual and did a great job translating throughout the class, so the language difference was never an issue. Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience that I would definitely recommend!
Every person we interacted with at the cooking class was absolutely wonderful! We made delicious food in a very fun environment while dancing and learning. Can not beat the price for the quality, highly reccommend.

I booked many things to do on my recent trip to Cartagena but the cooking class was fantastic. The two cooks were fun and engaging and the small team of 9 of us got on really well. We cooked empanadas, patacones, coconut rice and baked fish and sat down in the restaurant together and enjoyed our lovely meal. Highly recommended.
Fantastic experience for a final day in Cartagena! The chefs kept you dancing, teaching you how to make traditional local cuisine and many Spanish words that I never knew! We cooked an amazing meal and got to enjoy it after. Don’t miss this one!

Well organized, clean, and methodic process, from start to finish. A wonderful activity to learn and have fun. The kitchen has good air conditioning in case people feel it will be too warm to be cooking in a warm climate.

Fun experience making a traditional Colombian meal. Learning how to make the meal and the importance of certain ingredients.
Loved everything about this cooking class. The instructor herself didn't speak English but had a very, very energetic and excited translator. I truly felt like I was cooking from a family recipe book with my auntie that had all the pleasant vibes and fun. This was definitely a very hands-on, cook your own meal. During the cooking and instructions you were able to order drinks that were amazing from the restaurant.. Once everything was cooked, your food was plated and brought to you where you sat and enjoyed it together as a class.

Astrid and Danna were fantastic instructors who made learning a traditional Colombian dish both fun and engaging. The atmosphere was festive, welcoming, and full of great energy. The meal we prepared was absolutely delicious and a highlight of the experience. I will definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable and flavorful holiday activity.

This was an amazing experience and my wife’s and my favorite. The chefs were great instructors and very fun to be around. They were also wonderful with my elementary-aged son, giving him the confidence to create his own dish as well.

Lot of fun, local instructors in a local restaurant. We were able to walk to the restaurant from our hotel. Got there on time and the class started soon after it was proximately two hours and We got to eat what we prepared.
Our whole family enjoyed this cooking class. It was a great way to spend an afternoon learning about Colombian food and having fun together.
I love to cook and this experience taught me something new while being a lot of fun. I was really happy we were able to be hands on as some places don’t do that. Also the food was delicious. Patacones are my new favorite. I would do this again for sure!
I had a great experience doing this tour with my mom. We cooked authentic Columbian food and drinks. I highly recommend this to anyone coming to Cartenga.
Lead chef is the sweetest instructor, shes also very good with English in case you dont speak Spanish. Everything is provided and the atmosphere is stress free and they encourage you to have fun.

The class was a great experience! My girlfriend and I ordered a jar of sangria which was fantastic and kept us social while we met other folks in the class. The chef led the cooking and the sous chef translated to English. The food came out great and it was a lot of fun!
This class was absolutely amazing! We had so much fun dancing and cooking. The translator Donna and the chef were very sweet! This was one of our favorite activities of the entire trip. I highly recommend you do it! The traditional food we cooked was delicious and were easy to follow along. I also like that they give you access to all the recipes. In addition, you can’t beat the price.
We had a little mixup at the beginning of our class and thought we weren't going to be able to participate but they were able to make everything work and we are so glad they did! We made about five different dishes and got access to the recipes to try at home. We danced and taste tested throughout the process and everyone was friendly and upbeat. Would do again!
