I loved this activity , my friends and I had a really great experience. We learned a lot about local Colombian rums and had the yummiest chocolates. Luz and Sofia were an absolute pleasure. Hands down one of my top experiences in Colombia. I even made sure to get some of the chocolates that were at the tasting before I left the country. I learned a lot and had fun.

What a great experience! Luz and Gustavo were a super knowledgeable team. We learned so much about rum, chocolate and Colombia. It was a nice small group, only 3 of us. The only bummer was there was no rum or chocolate to buy at the end.

As we operate exclusively as a tasting experience and restaurant rather than a retail shop, we do not hold the license to sell bottles for takeaway. Our focus is on serving our premium selection for immediate enjoyment on-site, much like a fine dining establishment. However, we are always happy to share the names of our favorite local shops in Cartagena where you can find these specific bottles to take home.

If you landed here, just book! For A person who doesn’t like American chocolate this experience was amazing. The chocolate is nothing like American chocolate. The experience was amazing. The service was great. My friend was actually sick one day and the customer service that we received was beyond this world I would definitely do this activity over and over if given the chance.

It was very good experience. Adrian zour rumelier was really friendly and knowledgeable. We tried 10 different rums. Some of them were really great. Great choice of chocolate also.
I would make it 2 full hrs BCS the experience felt bit rushed. Drinking in such a fast speed is not pleasant

I had a really great experience. I was lucky enough to be in a small, intimate group, which made it feel almost like I had a private showing. The instruction and guidance around the Colombian rum and chocolate pairing were very, very good and informative.
The place itself was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend it. I originally went by myself since I got there early, but I’ll be encouraging my group to check it out as well.
Edrian was very personable and knowledgeable. I may have spelled his name wrong.

Luz and Francisco did a great job of going through the different rum and chocolate offerings. I had a good time, and learned a lot about Colombian rum in the process. I was by myself, but it didn't affect the experience at all. Awesome experience!

I had an amazing time with this run and chocolate tasting. I came on trip with my mom. We left a little tipsy 🤪 BUT the heat was amazing, the vibez was giving and I loved the people I was paired with. ABSOLUTELY 💯 recommend this to another coming to Cartenga to embrace the culture and food / chocolates.

Great way to start our vacation. Stepped off the plane and str8 to the Rum. Valentina was very knowledgeable and answered all my nosey questions 😆. Food here is good and priced reasonably. Recommend the croquets.

Both the food and the rum tasting were amazing! I advise getting there a little earlier to eat, then sit for a great educational experience rums from Colombia. After the tasting, I gained an appreciation for flavor notes in rum.

I had the best time! Luz and Francisco were absolutely amazing, super knowledgeable and fun. They explained everything about the different runs and chocolate-making process in such an engaging way. I got to make my own drink, sample a bunch of unique rums and chocolates, and honestly, I didn’t want it to end. My only regret? Not buying more of that white chocolate… it was so good! If you’re looking for something fun, flavorful, and a little tipsy with great vibes all around this is the activity for you. Go with a friend, your partner, or even solo, you won’t regret it!

Luz and Francisco were the team for our experience. Luz is a credit to Colombia, she has a real passion for what she does and the experience is well thought out. You learn as you go and experience is kept fun. Very interesting and cool thing to do. It ended up just being my friend and I but we had an amazing time throughout. It’s based upstairs in one of the studios of the Lunatico. There is a terrace bar / restaurant with a lovely view of the castle. With you drinking Rum I recommend you eat before hand. They have a really nice sharing platter for two. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

What a fantastic experience! Luz and her team created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere—it truly felt like catching up with a friend over drinks. Luz is incredibly knowledgeable about rums and made the entire tasting both fun and educational.
I’ve always associated rum with the islands and only knew about aguardiente when it came to Colombia, but this tasting completely changed my perspective. I discovered some amazing Colombian rums I had never tried before and left with a whole new appreciation for this spirit.

A very fun experience! This was a great way to learn about Colombian rum while enjoying delicious chocolate and creating lasting memories with friends. The rum and chocolate pairings were good and the portions were generous. We got to make cocktails at the end which was a great interactive activity. This experience is worth a try.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finished. We learned so much about different rum and chocolate pairings. We enjoyed the samples. This was so much fun! So well done. My partner and I walked into this without knowing too much about rum. Typical American that only know Capt Morgan’s or barcardi in a mojito. We walked out knowing so much more about rum! We highly recommend.
