Overview

With this full day excursion, a full day of outdoor fun and adventure awaits. After pickup from Cancun or the Riviera Maya, head to four different cenotes along the Ruta de los Cenote that are typically not open to the general public. Each cenote is for a particular activity such as abseiling, ziplining, kayaking, and swimming.

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancún Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancún (mall) Puerto Morelos Meeting Point: Hacienda Morelos Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be outside the Hotel Aloft Tulum. The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 08:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

We are not responsibles if you forgot your personal belogings in the bus or park, make sure you do not forget any item when you get off the bus
We need the ID Screenshoot of the cardholder. Cardholder must to be the lead traveller name and is mandatory that person assist in the park, if we do not have everything we need we can not provide your official boarding pass
Children over 6 years old can access to the park, Entry is not allowed for children 5 and under
Wear a swimsuit, water shoes and comfortable clothing. Additionally, bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.

Remember to bring cash or a credit card to purchase souvenirs, get the photos of your visit, or enjoy an Optional Activity.
Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age must show an ID on the park to verify their age as well.
For the zip-line activity, a minimum height of 4.5 ft (1.4 m) and a minimum weight of 88 lbs (40 kg) are required.
The use of the life jacket is mandatory during all water activities.
Please take into account that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so some roads to reach them are not paved and could be bumpy.
Also be aware that due to the location of the cenotes in the middle of the jungle, cell phone service is likely unavailable.
It is not possible to make a date change the same day of your visit.
