Saw evetrything But in wrong order

Suvi_M, May 2025
The tour had a different route than it was mentioned on initenary/ when buying the tour. You could still see all the destinations, just in wrong order. In addition, the lunch was poor without almost any vegetarian options. The guide spoke good english but just too seldom.

Great Tour

MENDYK_H, Apr 2025
This was a decent tour. We were picked up on time and provided breakfast. We were taken to another location where we had to wait for another bus. That bus then took us on the tour. The cenotes were amazing. The lunch that was included was subpar. The drivers were friendly and informative. All in all I would recommend. You get to see two of the popular cenotes and Chichen Itza. It's a win-win.

great experience — i recommend!!

Shwe_N, Apr 2025
I truly loved this tour — most of the other excursions are far from the hotel zone but they were very organized and timely to pick up/drop off. And AC was blasting :) Hector was our tour guide and he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the culture and history. Thank you and your team for providing a good experience for my group. Overall well worth the value, as it includes 2 beautiful cenotes, Chicha Itza, lunch box, lunch buffet, water, and a quick stop at Valladolid. Order of stops varies too so I recommend bringing a towel, change of clothes, flip flops, sunglasses, etc. I would book this excursion again the next time I come back and definitely recommend to anyone trying to go!

Amazing Experience

This was such an amazing experience . The tour guides were experienced, friendly and well organized . Will definitely recommend to anyone !! Christian and his team was such a high spirited and knowledgeable guide that made our experience all the more enjoyable with his jokes and overall wonderful personality. Will highly recommend to anyone !!! Definitely a must do if you are looking to go to Chichen Itza and Senotes

Generally ok with minor flaws

Angelo_M, Jul 2024
In General the tour is very nice. One of the very few that does suytun, ik kill and chichen Itza. The programme is planed well, however naturally the 2h in Chichen Itza is too little but that is same for all tours. Why 3 stars then well first of all they advertize a hotel pick up but in tulum it is really a meeting point very far from the beach and with the taxi prices in tulum it costs you much more than the actual trip. From cancun or Playa this its not an issue so from there I would have rated 4 stars. Other star off because although the guide was nice there were some issues keeping the group together. 3 persons were left to valladolid allthough I understand that the 3 ppl did not arrive at agreed time and we still waited them for another 20mins. I think the Guide should have been more clear with the instructions and making sure everybody understood etc.. Our tour was in spanish as everyone in the group understood it more or less, thats just fyi. Overall it was okey.

Great tour to Il Kil, Chichen Itza and Suytun

Mirna_B, Mar 2024
The tour was well organized, going to Villadolid for a 30 minute stop/ bathroom break, then to IL Kil Cenote, where you can swim for about 20 minutes (takes 10-15 minutes on front and back end to get locker, change into bathing suit, get lifejacket). Then on to Chichen Itza where our tour guide shared a lot about Mayan culture and rituals. It was hot (93 degrees) so it was a little tough with kids but we got back to the bus at 2pm and drove to Cenote Suytun where we had lunch- a buffet with many options and decent food (around 3pm or 330pm) then had until 5pm to visit Cenote Suytun to get our instagram shot. There is a small port-a-potty in the back of the bus but did not need it with all the stops we made. We were dropped off at our hotel around 830 pm. It was a long day but we did take naps on the bus. It was exactly as described- I would recommend wearing bathing suit under clothes to save time if you do want to swim, and maybe even bring two suits, and change into the dry one between cenotes- but swimming in one was enough for us !

Overall, a great experience and well-structured tour.

Daniel_H, Jan 2024
Coming from Tulum for this tour, we were picked up in a 15-passenger van and transported to Playa del Carmen, where we combined with other guests from throughout Quintana Roo and transferred to a full-size bus for the main leg of the tour. (Similarly, the return trip at the end had the reverse procedure with the van.) The modern full-size bus was very comfortable and had overhead storage for bags. The bus driver was very pro, but the 15-passenger driver drove with a lead foot. If you're judging the travel times to the sites using Google Maps, consider that this secondary stop will add time. The first top was Ik Kil, which is pretty amazing to see in person. You have about an hour here, and we opted to focus on photography rather than swimming. We felt a bit rushed, and if you're swimming, when considering all the setup and finishing steps, you might only have around 10 to 15 minutes of swim time. However, non-swimmers will have just enough time to explore and photograph. Our guide, Alan (?) narrated via the bus P.A. in English and Spanish. I think he missed his life calling as a radio talk show host, as once he started talking, he rarely stopped. The first topic was how willing they are to leave behind late passengers between stops, which I understand, but it took a twenty-minute speech to communicate this simple idea. Even considering the dual-language setting, it was really indulgent and unnecessary monologue forced on a tired and captive audience. And I don't mean it was full of interesting anecdotes and history. Yes, there were some, but it was mostly just rambling. There's nowhere to run from the too-loud speaker over your head, so I recommend bringing earplugs or noise-canceling headphones if you want to tune this out. Just be sure to catch the departure times, and especially note that you change time zones during the trip. The second stop at Chichen Itza is breathtakingly profound after you walk the gauntlet of the souvenir tables. There's about an hour available for photography and exploring, which is just enough. We had heavy rain initially, predictably an opportunity for the touts to push overpriced disposable ponchos. Still, once on the main grounds and after the weather cleared, we could peacefully admire the pyramid and ruins. Bring an umbrella. The third stop was at Suytun, which is beautiful yet distinct from Ik Kil. A line with a grouchy minder manages the famous Instagram-friendly platform, so be ready to take your shots quickly, or she will bark at you to move on. Necessary but still annoying. The swimming arrangement here also makes for a rushed experience, and we again opted to pass on this and enjoy the cenote with relative ease. The last stop was Valladolid, explained to us as "not a shopping stop," which is your certain indication that it is, of course, a tourist shopping trap and nothing more. Admire the nearby church and stop in the central park to see the fountain and some skilled street performers. Everything else is just shops requiring bartering. This last stop is too rushed to enjoy, assuming there's much else to see. Ultimately, the trip is worth the money to avoid having to drive in unfamiliar situations and to cover these remarkable sites all in one day. Although the trip was advertised as 12 hours, ours was a solid 15 hours due to the pickup transfer procedures, so plan accordingly and bring food and a water bottle. Nevertheless, ample water and two rounds of food are provided, though you may want additional fuel for such a long journey. Overall, I 100% recommend this trip despite the quirks that all tours exhibit one way or another.

Response from Host, Jan 2024

Hello Daniel! Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback on your tour from Tulum to Chichen Itza. We appreciate your thorough review and are delighted to hear that you found the trip worth the money overall. We're glad you enjoyed the first stop at Ik Kil and found it amazing. Your insights into the Chichen Itza experience, the Suytun stop, and Valladolid are noted, and we'll explore ways to enhance these aspects of the tour. Despite the quirks, we're thrilled that you 100% recommend the trip and recognize the value in covering these remarkable sites in one day. We'll continue to strive for improvements based on your feedback. We hope to welcome you on another adventure in the future!

Worst trip in my life

Zuzana_B, Dec 2023
we have been on this excursion 3 times in the last 6 years. the worst trip bought from the agency Sueste. disgusting behavior of guides. it was supposed to be a trip with a capacity of max. 30 people, but the capacity was 60 people. when we asked why there were so many people, we were told that if we didn't like it, we should get off the bus. the guides hardly translated anything into English, they didn't pay attention to the people. among other things, the guide constantly threatened us that if we were not on the bus for a minute exactly according to the schedule, we would have to pay for a taxi. in the end, the guide didn't stop to say how hard their lives are, so we shouldn't forget the tip, despite the fact that the people were indifferent the whole trip. our guides were Alan and Christian, their behavior was arrogant bordering on aggression. the only positive was the pleasant bus driver.

Response from Host, Dec 2023

Hello Zuzana, We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We value your comments and would like to kindly address some details to ensure clear communication and prevent any potential misunderstandings. Depending on the season and the bus designated for your visit, the capacity of the group may vary. Our buses will never accept more passengers than their limit in order to meet our quality standards. As December is a busy month for our destination, we try to provide everyone with the best possible service, so we do not allow passengers to separate seats on the bus to ensure that everyone has a seat. We tried to contact you several times to explain you the situation, but there was no response by phone or message. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion. We value your feedback and thank you for you understanding.

Amazing day with beautiful locations

Nawal_A, Oct 2023
This was a great tour. We visited 2 Cenote and Chichen Itza. Both Cenote were amazing and beautiful and not very crowded. Chichen Itza was the reason I visited this area and the tour did not disappoint. You will have plenty of time in all locations to walk around, take pictures and swim in the Cenotes. Tour guides were knowledgable about the Maya culture. The buffet surprisingly was good. The wether is very hot and humid so wear lots of sunscreen and bring a hat or umbrella. It was a long day but totally worth it

Response from Host, Oct 2023

Dear Nawal! We're delighted that you enjoyed your visit in the incredible arqueological site of Chichen Itza, also the swim experience in the Cenotes Ik Kil & Suytun is a totally pleasure. Creating extraordinary experiences for our guests is our top priority and your review validates our effort. Keep enjoying the different attractions that the Mexican Caribbean has to offer like the Magical Bacalar, the island of Holbox and more. Have a nice day and we send you our best regards.

No refund

phelipenv, Jul 2025
On the day of the tour I woke up very badly due to the spicy food I ate in Mexico. Shortly before the tour I informed that for health reasons I could not attend the event. I requested a refund because it was an extraordinary case of health problems and the refund was denied by Enterprise. I was only offered to change the day of the tour for another day. But the other day I would be back home. I do not recommend, are not flexible, even more for a health case we had.
