Amazing experience

Mario_A, Oct 2025
Authentic and amazing experience. If you come to Cancun or anywhere along the Riviera Maya, this tour is a must.

This tour’s itinerary had...

Shuhan_W, Mar 2025
This tour’s itinerary had some issues, particularly with the unannounced shopping stops, which negatively impacted the overall experience. The tour description did not clearly state that shopping was included, yet we spent two hours at a shopping location in the morning, delaying lunch and disrupting the schedule. Additionally, another shopping stop was added on the way back in the afternoon, further reducing time that could have been spent sightseeing or resting. This arrangement felt poorly planned and inefficient. If shopping is part of the tour, it should be clearly communicated in advance, and the timing should be better managed to avoid negatively affecting the experience.

Response from Host, Mar 2025

We sincerely regret that your experience was not what you expected. We greatly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continually improve the quality of our services. We understand that the shopping stops were not what you expected and affected the flow of your itinerary. Regarding this matter, we will take your comment into account so that in the future shopping inclusions are more clearly communicated in the tour description, so travelers can better plan their time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the itinerary modification and will adjust the length of the stops on future tours, ensuring they do not interfere with the experience of those who choose us. We appreciate you bringing these points to our attention and are committed to continuing to improve our organization so that our customers' experiences are always satisfactory. We look forward to offering you a better experience in the future. If you have any other concerns or suggestions, please do not hesitate to share them with us.

Gimme a faster lunch time!

rui_x, Mar 2025
I think the design of this tour is too unreasonable. There are many links that are not in the itinerary. Why do we have to watch the ceremony and spend a long time in a store selling very ugly things? This tour can be made more efficient, but you waste a lot of time on meaningless things. Not only do you have to buy things at noon, but you also have to buy things when you return at night. This is too time-consuming. I think it's bad.

Response from Host, Mar 2025

First of all, we want to sincerely thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are very sorry that your experience with the tour design was not what you expected, and we fully understand your concerns regarding the itinerary and the time spent on activities you find less relevant. We deeply value your opinion and, therefore, carefully review each of the aspects mentioned. Our goal is to offer tours that are both enriching and efficient, and we are committed to making the necessary adjustments to improve our guests' experience. Regarding the links you mention and the time spent in the stores, we will take your feedback into account to make the appropriate changes and ensure the tour is more in line with what our travelers are looking for, without losing the most meaningful experiences. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you and sincerely appreciate your patience. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work to make future experiences even more satisfying for you. If you have any other suggestions or questions, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will be happy to hear from you.

Needs a better balance

David_K, Jan 2025
We opted for this tour to see the two cenotes in this tour. Unless you specifically want to see the cenotes but maybe are more focused on Chichen Itza please book a tour which has more time and focus on that. We were picked up in the normal smaller vans which takes you to a larger point where you change to a larger bus. Unfortunately whilst driving the bus tried to go up a steep hill and drove over a drain which collapsed and caused the bus to be stuck, we were collected in another small bus and then taken onto another quite old and dirty back up bus. Carla was our new guide who despite seeming unfriendly at first (possibly because of the mishap) was actually very well suited to this tour with her very calming and educational personality she gives you a real insight into the Mayan culture and history. The tour plan itself is very poorly laid out and seems to have a focus on upselling, I get it this is the biggest draw in the region and they want to make money but it comes at a sacrifice to a better experience You go to cenote suytun first, this is quite good as it’s not very busy so you can swim and take your insta pics When arriving in the local community after there is a ceremony which it seems they want to upsell obsidian gifts before lunch. In addition you are walked through a route where a guy tells you have to take a picture - when telling him I didn’t want to he said it’s for the company , then you are taken through a room where they are selling cacao and other products. You finally get to sit down and the food was included was a very nice buffet option with some freshly cooked options but found the additional drinks to be more than other comparative experiences. Once lunch is done you go back via the gift shop and then off to Chichen Itza, when getting in the bus the same guy who took that picture before is now outside offering shot glasses with a medicinal drink inside. He does a little talk about the plant and its benefits and then hands you a bottle with your picture on it! This angered me because he wanted $25 for it. I’d have been more interested in the drink it self if not the upsell. When you finally arrive Chichen Itza you’re supposed to have 2 hours but we were only give an hour and 20mins, which was only enough time to listen to a tour guide who was brilliant (thank you Roberto) but this leaves no times for many pics let alone even a chance to walk around the compound, we were only able to view one side before having to leave. We then visit Cenote Ik Kil and Valladolid in short times , again seemed pointless because the stay was so short you couldn’t really enjoy it , which is a shame I hope they will try to rebalance the day because despite this we still didn’t get back until 2200 having been out since 0700 As always with the buses , please only use for number 1. There is a snack pack given to you in the morning which is a ham and cheese sandwich, juice box and a fruit and snack. Please bring snacks if this isn’t suitable/enough.

Response from Host, Mar 2025

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We sincerely regret that the experience was not what you expected and apologize for the inconveniences we mentioned during the tour. We appreciate your feedback, as it allows us to identify areas for improvement, especially regarding logistics and the approach to the tour. Regarding the incident with the bus and the mishaps during the day, we apologize again for the issues that arose and thank you for your understanding. We also take note of your comments regarding upselling, as our goal is to offer an authentic experience rather than one focused solely on marketing. Regarding the time spent at the different sites, we regret that you did not have enough time to enjoy each location. We are constantly working to improve the length and approach of our tours so that all our visitors can get the most out of their experience. We hope that, despite the inconveniences, you were able to enjoy the culture and history provided by our guide, Carla, and the rest of the team. We appreciate your comments and look forward to providing you with a smoother and more satisfying experience in the future. Thank you for choosing us and for your understanding. We look forward to serving you again next time! 😊

Amazing tour, improvements needed still

Tony_W, Nov 2024
PROS - the bus was big, seats are comfy, AC is cold enough and toilet is available on the bus which is very good for a long tour (~ 12-14 hours) - the places were nice and we had enough time to visit and take pictures at each spot - the tour guide was passionate - the pick up and drop off is easy and on time CONS - If you don't understand Spanish, you may have difficulty understanding some of the explanations. Although he can speak Spanish and English, it was difficult for us to understand his English because the two languages were mixed together and he spoke very fast. However, if you have questions to him, it can communicate with you in English well. - there will be some consumption attractions in the itinerary. These consumptions are not mandatory, but they accounted for about 90 minutes of the entire tour. There is another activity where the tour guide printed commemorative photos taken during the trip and put them on drink bottles, and then ask you to buy them. The price is 25 US dollars, because the guide has already printed the photos, the tourists were embarrassed not to buy the drink.

Not what I expected!

JENNIFER_W, Mar 2024
I was extremely excited about this trip! The trip was so unorganized!! It took us over 3 hours to get to our first destination! When arriving to our first destinations we took pictures and that was it! We were not about to swim in the cenote. Leaving there we were told it will be about 50 min to get to our next destination! We arrived and told we will be having a welcoming ceremony! Nice ceremony but I was robbed and charged 1,700 DOLLARS!! For a stone!! I didn’t not understand what the man told me and they charged me 1,700 dollars!! I was furious!!!!! Even tho I requested a refund my day was already horrible from over 4 hour drive!! Than we had the buffet! The food was terrible! Than we had to get in the van again and take another 1 hour drive to the next destination! It was just so unorganized and rushed! When we had the opportunity to get into the last cenote we had a few min and we had to rush to back to the van! We couldn’t even enjoy the moment! Finally once we started heading back to the hotel which took about 3 hour drive!! The car was over heating throughout our trip so the driver had to make small stops to add water! Finally we arrived like 9:30pm!! And the driver was able to drop me and my family off at our hotel where we payed to get picked up and dropped off at our hotel! He left us 2 blocks from hotel because the van was over heating!!! Don’t get me wrong the driver was super attentive and did his job but the way the trip was organized it was horrible!!! I am highly disappointed in this trip!!!!

Long tour but nice experience

Jenny_Z, Feb 2024
It was a nice tour covering a lot of famous attraction, although it may a little bit rush. But it was acceptable considering the transportation. Our guide Ave is really knowledgeable with sense of humorous. And the cold drink was provided all the way timely.

Response from Host, Feb 2024

Thank you for joining us on the tour! We're thrilled you enjoyed visiting the famous attractions, despite the pace feeling a bit rushed. We understand and appreciate your understanding of transportation constraints. It's wonderful to hear that Ave, our guide, impressed you with their knowledge and sense of humor. Ensuring timely provision of cold drinks throughout the tour is important to us, and we're delighted it added to your experience. Should you wish to explore more, we offer a variety of tours. Whether it's another sightseeing adventure or a different experience, we'd love to host you again. Thank you for your kind words, and we hope to see you soon!

Book it! It’s worth it!

Very little time, lots of things to do

Myla_L, Dec 2023
This was definitely a rushed tour. My mom and I felt that we had very little time at each destination. The tour wasn’t very English friendly, which wasn’t an issue for me, but my mom doesn’t speak any Spanish, so it was very difficult for her to keep up without constant translation. The experiences felt very rushed. We waited an hour at Suytun and then got really blurry photos because they were rushed. I would definitely recommend going with a different group if you are English natives, and would like a more thorough experience.

Never showed up!

Jacquelyn_C, Dec 2023
No memorable moments because they never came to pick me up from my hotel. Just took my money! I called and they acted like they didn’t speak English at all then ignored me

Good but not excellent !!

KartikkumarM_S, Dec 2023
The tour was okay okay. They spent too much time during the lunch time around 1 hour and 50 minutes which took the time at the chichen itza and we only got the time of around 1 hour and 30 minutes other tours offer 2 hours and 15 minutes . It was also draining with all the heat in the afternoon that too after the lunch . If they would have chichen itza as the first stop, it would have been better as we have more energy to roam around and understand more about the one of the seven wonders of the world . Tour crew were good , they handed out water bottles, sandwiches ( which we did not take as we were vegetarian) and sweet buns at the end of tour. They also offered some beers if you want to enjoy it . We left from hotel at 7.25 am and were back by 9.40 pm , so it is long tour .

Very nice experience at...

FatChung_C, Nov 2023
Very nice experience at the cenote and comfortable vehicle. I would appreciate more time spent at Chichen Itza but the tour is already packed with activities. Cenote Suytun is only a photo op, but that is enough for me. Highly recommended.

Too many things for too little time

Francesco_M, Nov 2023
The rate for the places we visited would be 5 stars but in average with the rest it drops to 3. In total 13 hours of tour but A LOT of them traveling reducing the time on the sites to the minimum. The tour guide Ave was very talk active and he spoke fluently Spanish and English, he gave us an insane time schedule that we should have been robots to follow it, counting every single minute and making feel us guilty for the delays and spoilt a bit the mood of the experience, the true is a late departure caused the delay. The more the tour was going on the little time was allowed on each sites. We were supposed to be in Ik-Kil at 3pm(according to the schedule) but we left Chichen Itza only at 3.50pm so we only had 30 minutes at the second cenote and they also told us like it was a special gift given just to them because they bring a lot of visitors there everyday. We end up to visit Valladolid after dawn for exactly 20 minutes and we also have been told to be right on time otherwise the police would have forced the driver to depart leaving people behind if they were late, which was quite rude to be honest. I think if you have logistics problems with the parking maybe it's the case to don't offer that part of the tour and prioritise the rest. Beware they would try to sell their bio mosquito repellent but don't worry to bring and use your own as you must take the shower before to enter the cenotes anyway. Recommended fot the sites they offer to visit but don't expect to have a relaxing day.

You don't need the bug spray!

Robert_P, Oct 2023
It was a full day of exploring. The bus trip was good however you have very limited time at each stop. Expect to rush when you go swimming because you only have 45 minutes. Bring a towel and don't fall for the $12 bug spray gimmick.

Long day but an ancient wonder experience

Melanie_S, Aug 2023
This was a full day experience- early morning bus pick up, headed to cenote #1 which was super cool- either swim or the pics because it's a short stop. Then to lunch- barely good food, wasted too much time here being pushed into Mayan purchases, off to chichen itza. Wow! Can't believe the amazing restoration! Our bus tour guide told us same thing as chichen itza tour guide so that was redundant.... off to 2nd cenote which was a delight! Jump off the high edge- it's deep enough! Last stop of the day is Valladolid- which was a 15 min pit stop- not enough time to see anything but the church and square. Overall it was a 13 hr day but the cenotes and chichen itza were amazing... the trip to see ancient wonders!

Cenotes and chichen itza

Rileigh_C, Aug 2023
Be prepared to be in a bus with a lot of people. It’s pretty hot on the excursions and they don’t turn the ac on the bus up so don’t wear anything heavy. Also be prepared to buy water at the buffet and if you bring a drink from outside they won’t let you bring it in. However the actual excursions were so fun and beautiful sights to see. The tour guide is also really funny

10/10 Experience worth every penny!

Rocio_R, Aug 2023
Such a long day but overall very great! The staff made it much better. Our guide for the entire day was super knowledgable about Mayan history and he really gave us so much information before each activity. Food was provided and it was so delicious. We stopped at a small Mayan pueblo where they made traditional Mayan food, which was also buffet style. Everything was delicious. Drinks were not included, but we didn't mind paying for our drinks. There were dancers there performing Yucatan dances and it was entertaining. Chichen itza guide was also really knowledgable and explained the history of el Castillo and the ball court. It was very hot and humid throughout the day and it was so cool that we got to swim in a cenote right after visiting chichen itza. It was so refreshing and the cenote was beautiful. Except for the fact it was very packed! there were so much people also on tours showing up at the same time as us so it was crowded. Fun, nonetheless. Not to mention the cold drinks provided throughout the entire trip. I forget his name, but the tour guide had a helper on the bus who passed out pan dulce at the end of the trip and provided cold drinks for us all day, including beers and even a shot of tequila! Overall a very great tour worth the money. 10/10 experience.

Definitely recommend

Elizabeth_S, Jul 2023
Great tour. 5 stops total and the tour guide hector was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Had to take away a star because 1. I felt like we had spent too much time at Suytan (which is extremely overrated and typically just for photos) I felt like more time should’ve been allocated for us to explore the city of valladolid 2. after arriving to the Mayan City for lunch there was a lot of standing around time if you REALLY weren’t interested in buying any of the Mayan artifacts, we were starving and just wanted to sit down for our meal. And 3. they skipped our stop during drop off and we had to get a taxi back but other than those 3 things great excursion

Amazing Experience

AnishReddy_Y, Jun 2023
It was a great experience!!! 👏🏽 $136 is totally worth it. Pick up and drop off from the motel was on time. Tour started at 8am in the morning and we have returned back to Cancun at 8:30pm. We have covered 4 places( No need to pay entrance fee). Food& Drinks 👍🏽 1. Sandwich (Cheese) after you board the Van. 2. Traditional Mexican buffet -1pm 3. Beer 1 glass -3pm at Chichen Itza. The last stop at vallalodid was just for 30 mins. We couldn’t explored the city much. It will be good if the time to 1 hour 😊.

Do it , you will thank me later

Elisha_R, Jun 2023
Make sure you choose this tour! Life is meant to me spent not saved! All around 5 stars hands down! Don't make any plans for dinner you will get back late ;)

5 stars

Ana_P, May 2023
We love the Tours guide 😘 5 stars!! The tours was long but worth it!! The buffet was nice and the Mexican people too!

Great experience!

Conan_R, Feb 2023
We were so happy with this experience. Mr Frank was a great tour guide and fun person, the visit to Chichen Itza had a great tour guide as well. It is easy to see the pride the Mayan people have. The two cenotes and Vallodolid were also great experiences. Such a great time. I suggest this trip for anybody!

nice experience, too little time and unfriendly tour guide

Brigit_v, Jun 2022
We visited beautiful places, but since the bus left much too late, we had to rush all day. it was not relaxed at all, and they spoke a lot of spanish and little english. English was impossible to follow, even if you can understand English well. we had the feeling that everything had to go at a mega pace. for example, including a tour, we only had half an hour for Chichen Itzen, which is also the main attraction that you book.

Vacanza ROvinata

giada_l, Aug 2025
ATTENTI MOLTO ATTENTI.

Response from Host, Aug 2025

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’d like to confirm that your belongings have already been returned. On the day of the tour, the vehicle waited beyond the scheduled time as a courtesy; however, out of respect for the passengers who arrived on time, we had to proceed with the itinerary. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to providing respectful and reliable service for all.
