- How to Get to Terminal 2 Domestic? If Your land in a different terminal there is a free inner terminal Shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes to other terminals once you get to terminal 2 domestic next to door number 8 there is an acces with a security Guard, you need show him your shuttle reservation and he will allow you to get in to the arrival section of the terminal, walk straight untill you see the welcome bar. hits important that you know we cant collect you in another terminal please try to be on time we only wait 10 minutes after our departure time. if you are short of time you can hire a taxi from terminal to terminal to take you to our meeting point. we are not responsable for flight delays.

Great transport and a fraction of the cost of other providers. If you land in terminal E (Frontier airlines) you will have to walk about 10 minutes or take the free airport shuttle that runs 7 days a week to the meeting point of the Welcome Bar. Follow the instructions the company sends you on WhatsApp and do not listen to the scam cab companies outside.

When waiting for the free shuttle bus bringing you to terminal 2 where the pick up is, do not take a taxi or any other transportation, inspite many trying to offer you a (expensive) ride and telling you the free bus doesn't arrive in time, and you will miss the Holbox shuttle.

Good communication, punctual, felt safe. IF THEY ASK YOU TO MEET AT THE WELCOME BAR AT TERMINAL 2 (domestic terminal), you will take a shuttle from (likely Terminal 3) over to Terminal 2. The little restricted area where you need to enter to get to Terminal 2 is really hard to see. When facing the terminal, the restricted area is to the LEFT of the entrance doors. DO NOT GO INSIDE Terminal 2.

It was difficult to figure out exactly where we were supposed to meet our driver. The instructions said to look for RG travel inside terminal 2 but we could not find them.
When we finally did find them, the driver was very nice. Air conditioning and very clean, prompt.

I am pissed with this provider because they boosted the price. A drive to Chiquilla cost me $53 while as I found out later, another provider charged me just $20 on the way back and that is a regular price offered by everyone on Holbox. Mexicans are making money off Americans setting unreasonable prices wherever you go in Cancun. Its more expensive than in the US itself. And this provider is no exception. Also drivinf style is very aggressive often passing another vehicle on high speed in the oncoming lane. I understand if you dont do it, it would take 5 hours to get to Chiquilla instead of 2.5 hrs. But I used to dividers in the US and such driving feels super dangerous. So for these two points i am giving you only 2 stars. But on a good note, they quickly responded when I couldn't find the van.

If going to Chiquila, this IS the best! Our flight was delayed for 5 hours and they kept in constant communication, and adjusted to accommodate us w a very nominal charge. We were in danger of missing the last ferry to our final location and because of Holbox Shittle flexibility and responsiveness we made it!

Simple but sufficient. The rooms are clean and provide all that’s needed. Air conditioned and nice walk-in shower along with a small fridge if needed. Bottled water available in the room. Nicely laid out villa rooms around a central pool and the breakfast was lovely and very reasonably priced ($100mex or around $5 US). A full plate of cut fruit, egg omelet with cheese and ham and two slices of toast. More than I could eat! The only downside is the distance from Chiquila town square but taxi buggies are available.

This was our first time booking transfer from Cancun airport, and we are so glad we booked this one! They sent very detailed instructions and were extremely helpful on the phone when other drivers were trying to scam us near the free shuttle. Our driver was professional and got us to Holbox VERY quickly! The van was comfortable with cool AC. The driver even helped us get tickets for the ferry. Highly recommend for transportation needs from Cancun to Holbox!

To start, I have to say they were on time and the van had ac. BUT, the driver did not want to make bathroom stops and the ride was 2 and a half hours. The road was so bumpy and the driver was going so fast, one of the most uncomfortable rides I’ve ever taken. I had a full migraine. It was miserable. Also the price is actually extremely high. When you leave holbox just book a shuttle while you’re in the island because they are 20$ per person. You can actually get a private car back to the airport for the price of the uncomfortable shared shuttle.
