The driver was reading his phone intermittently while driving. I felt unsafe. He was definitely not focused on driving and our safety. It was clear he was a good driver in general, but reading his phone while driving was unacceptable.

Clear communication, on time, reliable. Good value. When you are on the island, there are tour operators offering transfers from Holbox to the airport for less money… I didn’t bother looking into those, as it was way more important to me to use this same reliable company that I used to bring me from the airport to Chiquila/Holbox. You won’t go wrong using this company.

The pick up and drive from Chiquila to Cancun airport was fine, but they only take you to terminal 2 and depending on what airline you are flying, you may be leaving from a different terminal. Our drive would not take us to Terminal 3 and we had to spend an additional $20 to take a taxi to Terminal 3! They said there was a shuttle but that it would be 30+ minutes and we didn't feel like waiting for it.

This is a great shuttle service! Make sure you read the communications by the company and everything will go smoothly. Also, when traveling utilize WhatsApp to communicate with representatives. Highly responsive and helpful. Vans are air conditioned and comfortable. The roads are riddled with potholes. The drivers know in can anticipate where the largest bumps are and try to avoid them. Just sit back and let them do their work.

I had difficulty booking the trip. I thought I booked both ways and found out when I got to the airport that I only booked the return. That may have been Meyer; it may have been a defect in the system. I also could not locate or contact This service when I arrive in Cancun. It cost me a cab ride over $300 additional expense

The shuttle was on time and at the exact location mentioned. The driver was very friendly, the van was very nice! I loved that the day before travel, they send a WhatsApp to confirm and send a picture of the meeting location with specific instructions. If you’ve never driven in Mexico that’s an experience in itself after coming from the States.

The driver was courteous and got us to Cancun in great time! Please note, there are 4 terminals at Cancun Airport and this shuttle drops off at Terminal 2. If you're flying out of a different terminal, you will need to catch the airport shuttle or taxi to your terminal.

We were picked up at the agreed time and place and arrived on time. However, rather than taking the major highway the driver chose to drive on small, local roads the whole way, which made for quite a bumpy ride much of the way given that he drove quite fast. I think he chose the small roads rather than the major highway which is a toll road to save money because we were only two passengers. I would just take the ADO bus another time.

We had a horrible experience with this company. They kept cancelling on us. They had no record of us paying for transportation from the Cancun airport.. very unprofessional. I have numerous charges that I’m having to dispute.

I would if possible drop people off at terminal 2 or 3. Since terminal 3 has most of the foreign flights.

Shared shuttle only departure and arrive terminal 2 domestic we can’t drop people off to other terminals there are free inner terminal shuttles every 20 minutes

Being on time and organized. However, being in Covid time, masks your not mandatory and cleanliness could have been better, offering hand sanitizer and masks. The drivers are fast and the vans have little suspension…so a bit stressful trip.

Thank you for your comments, allá our units have a speed limit they can drive fast Eaven if the step allá the gas you may feel like you going over speed because the roads.
Face mask are suggested allá the trip on the Van We suggest to use as a costumer you can ask the people to wear if you see that they aren’t

The driver was very nice, but the shuttle was fully sold out, even with COVID. And the seats in the far back are extremely small, I couldn’t even sit up without hitting my head on the ceiling. The ride was also so bumpy in back I threw up. I have been on a lot of shuttles and busses all over the world, this one was unique. It was really horrible. Really nice driver though.
