Please note that our shared shuttle services operate on fixed schedules, and out of respect for the other passengers who have been waiting, vehicles must depart punctually at the established time. When a guest misses their scheduled shuttle, the option is always to wait for the next available departure. For those who prefer not to wait, we offer the possibility of immediate private transportation by covering the difference in cost. In your case, since you insisted on leaving right away and expressed concern that the shuttle did not wait, this option was presented to you. As you chose not to take the private service, you were accommodated on the next scheduled shuttle, which was provided as part of your reservation.

After my flight was delayed and I missed the original transfer window I booked, I couldn’t receive any help whatsoever rebooking (even though I was willing to pay again). I texted the agent repeatedly and also spoke with the representative outside but was given conflicting information and told I need to rebook through the website, which wouldn’t work. Meanwhile, I was stranded outside the airport, despite the fact the shared transfer shuttle was on site and, according to the representative there, had space available for me, yet they couldn’t tell me how I could book it even though I was trying to pay, and kept suggesting I book one of the private transfers from the sharks outside the airport for exorbitant prices, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid by using this company.

They charged us $20 extra because they claimed they waited too long for us. Believe me we wanted to get to our resort ASAP . So we didn’t hang out at customs. We came as soon as the plane landed.
