Wromg pickup location then tour cancelled

Company cancelled activity with 5 mons notice. This was after we headed to the pickup location provided, which was incorrect and we were scrambling to get to the correct one, literally 2 mins away from the correct one when they called. They then did not contact booking agent to cancel on their end, and didnt answer when booking agent tried to call them so it looks like I attended the tour making refund harder and longer to process. Very poor service
