Family ATV Cenote Five Zip Lines Photos Taco Lunch Tequila Taste

This excursion was one of the highlights of our trip to Cancun. We booked the tour based on the great reviews we were seeing. The cost is a little more than some of the other options but all the positive reviews helped us make our choice. The company communicated with us the day before our tour to coordinate pick-up time at our hotel and answer any questions we had. Vanessa was our guide and she was awesome! She picked me, my wife, and my son up at our hotel on time and we had one other couple in the van with us. The van was air conditioned and comfortable. Vanessa called our group "family" and she made us feel like we were. We had to drive about an hour to the excursion spot and she gave us a good lesson on history and culture on the way there. Once we arrived, we prepared for our ATV ride, ziplining, and Cenote swim. After a quick bathroom stop, we went to get our helmets on for the ATV. Vanessa and the other staff were very helpful in getting us prepared. The ATV ride through the jungle was fun and lasted about 30 minutes. The staff took us for the ride while Vanessa moved around to take pictures and videos of the experience. We had people who had prior experience with ATV's and some that did not. Those that were comfortable with going fast went in the front of the line and those that did not stayed to the back. Once we were done, we got our gear for the zipline. We did 5 zip lines and had a good time on all of them. On the second one, you had a choice to do it upside down. Again, Vanessa was there to capture the experience on her camera. After that, we were all ready for a swim in the Cenote. There were many options: just swimming, jumping in from the top, riding the swing, doing the "Tarzan" rope", or hanging out on the deck in the cenote. After about 30 minutes of that, it was taco time. We had four of the most amazing tacos we've ever eaten. One steak, one pork, and two chicken tacos. And finally, we got to taste three different types of tequila. Vanessa air dropped all of the pictures and videos to us so that we could have those memories forever. FYI: Most tour companies do not let you take your own pictures of all these activities and then want to charge you $100 - $200 for pictures at the end of the trip. So the pictures/videos that Vanessa provides are definitely a perk..and she is a wonderful photographer! It was a great day and we highly recommend the tour.
