The overall experience was good. But the 2x bus transfers is not something we enjoyed. Also the timing of the temple visit was not good. It was so hot up to 113 degrees Fahrenheit. Should have been done first in am when the weather was still conducive to walking under the sun. All others was fine.

Our tour was with Jorge who was a great guide, taking time to translate into English for us. We had Pablo as our guide for Chichen Itza and he was really engaging and informative with great English. I've already recommended the tour to a friend of mine travelling later in the year

Fun full day tour

Great experience. Roberto and his coworkers were exceptional at tending to all 30ish riders and making this an enjoyable excursion. The day starts with a 2 hour stop at cenote chichikan after an approx 3 hour drive, with opportunity to eat and shop. Life jackets, towels and lockers are $3 usd each. Then you proceed to vallodolid to hear info and take pics and then have a 45 min drive to chichen itza, where you can stay with the tour or venture on your own around the site for approx. 2 hrs. Bring extra pesos or usd if you want to purchase souvenirs, drinks, or personalized liquor bottles during the day. Pros: great staff, quick response times, very clean bus with bathroom and a/c, sites visited were very nice Cons: no one took us (or even mentioned) the xcajum cenote with atvs, as stated in tour details, so that was a bit misleading and disappointing, since we were looking forward to that in the package we paid for. Also, it wasn't a big deal to me but the group is not 15 people max like it says, if that's what you're looking for. Otherwise, nice day trip.
