This was one of the best excursions I have ever been on. Our group of 8 had so much fun, it was the highlight of our vacation. The crew was a blast to hang out with. We got to snorkel the underwater statue museum as well as a shipwreck. Our time on Isla Mujeres was so fun. Captain Juan (aka the Silver Fox) made sure to procure us golf carts for zooming around the island and then went with us for guidance and to play. The drinks onboard were plentiful and delicious. We had such an amazing time that it was all our group could gush about for the rest of the vacation. We feel like we made a true friend with Juan, we can’t wait to book another excursion with them when we come back.

Great Time with Friend on the Water

Our catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres was an unforgettable trip. Juan tailored the experience for us from the beginning. On the boat we were able to experience snorkeling at a shipwreck and the sandy beach of Playa del Norte. When we docked at Isla Mujeres we were met with a Tequila tasting and a buffet lunch was set up at the beach club. Juan then set up golf carts and he personally took us on a tour of the island. He shared the history of the island while stopping at spots for us to take pictures and see the sites. The whole experience was easy. Juan and the crew took care of every detail to ensure a relaxing and fun day trip. The crew became friends and we cannot wait to come back and visit again!

This tour is not at all as described. The boat is completely different and very small, lunch is not included, nor are paddle boards available. Open bar and crew was good

Hi, sorry to hear, unfortunately there must’ve been a misunderstanding we didn’t include lunch back than in our package as you could’ve seen in your reservation details. We have only one Gemini Catamaran 35ft in service so far. I’m checking with the cs service here about that again sorry for any inconvenience. We do always our best to give our customers the best possible service as seen in the reviews before also I can’t finde your name in our past reservation list, I do hope you were not mistaken with another tour.. well do our best to sort things out. Thanks for your understanding.

Unforgettable day with a great crew

Juan was a wonderful host. He anticipated what we needed before we asked. The crew was great and very attentive. They were very flexible with what we wanted. The catamaran was clean and well maintained. Snorkeling at the shipwreck was fun but crowded as was the beach at Isla Mujeres but the ride around the south side of the island was breathtaking. Highly recommend this experience.

The actual catamaran was great. The logistics were terrible. No one would give me an actual address for the “meeting place”. I was continually given the name of a Marina, but not an address. We had to arrange our own transportation so I needed an address to give the taxi driver. I gave him the Marina name (as instructed the multiple times I asked) and he didn’t know where that was. I was able to find the address in my own online. Once we arrived at the marina, there was no one waiting for us. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early (which we did - at 9:45am), but the catamaran didn’t arrive until after 10:00am. We tried to use Viator customer support contact, but didn’t receive a response from them until after 10:00am.

Hi Susan, I still have our communication on file here, I even send you an link on google maps that tells the exact adress that you could’ve given the driver we never had any issues with taxis not finding the spot, you even tried to call the Marina instead of just calling me and even after we were actually texting on WhatsApp and you arrived and were received on time, still you were holding on to that adress issue that you just made up.. and finally there is also an exact adress in the booking details after booking. I still have not a single idea what made you so upset about the adress? It’s simply displayed on file here and simply to find on google maps. In the beginning the adress is not detailed given from Viator because of their booking policies. I’m happy that you liked our charter and that we were there at 10am as we do start at 10am shows that we were accurate on time and as I said we were in constant contact on WhatsApp, there was nothing that could’ve gone wrong. Maybe the next time you want to check on the booking details were it says meeting location? Thank you and Best Joe

Fun and Sun with Friends on the boat in Isla Mujeres

We had such an amazing day on the Catamaran trip. There were 14 of us that took the Ferry over from Cancun to Isla Mujeres, and met up with Joe and his crew on the boat. At first we took a tour around the harbor, and then went to Playa Norte and dropped anchor. It was a very windy day, but we had fun regardless! Then we were dropped off and had lunch before catching the Ferry back over. Joe and his crew were very accommodating. Thanks again for an amazing trip!
