My whole family loved it, and the value was unbelievable. We chose to get the professional photos, and they turned out to be the best family pictures we have ever taken. The quality was exceptional, and they captured our moments so beautifully. Watching the videos and looking back at the photos lets us relive all the fun we had.

We booked for 8am but did not get picked up until 930-950 am. It is a 50 min ride from Porto Morelos. We got picked up in a shady van with broken windshield. Driver was nice and could speak English. When we got to the site, it was not the best scenery. They will try to charge you for everything. They made you pay for insurance on the ATVs when this was supposed to be included. 100 pesos per vehicle. They charge you 5$ per locker , total rip off. The ride was good. We all enjoyed it and the had three assisting coach along the route. The zip line and Cenote were average to mediocre. The lunch or snack was very misleading. It consisted of one teaspoon of white rice with two small unsavory tamales. They all expect to be tipped when they overcharge for everything.

Everything was as scheduled, driver was on time. Our tour guide, jaguar was funny, attentive, and knowledgeable. He made myself my husband and my son feel at ease with participating in all events.

Amazing experience quad biking through the jungle, zip lining and jumping into a gorgeous cenote. A small vegetarian lunch was provided and drinks / snacks available to buy there. We had two very good mojitos.

Will not book again. Did not receive any confirmation as to what time the pickup is from my hotel. We bought 8 am tickets and received a last minute call time for 0930 and was confused bc the ticket bought was for early morning. Viator chat was unresponsive. The day of the activity we arrived 45 minutes early in the lobby and got a call at 1000 stating that they are in the lobby. we were dtaying at the next door hotel Splash and they were at Riviera. Did not get a call back or response until another 30 minutes saying their driver was unresponsive and might have went straight to the venue. They wanted to change the pickup to 1:30pm. we agreed and was picked up at 2:45pm super late again. The venue was unsafe and my partner got hit in the head from their manual zipline breaks. Not safe at all. This accident made iur remaining days stressful. Will not book ever again.

Jumping into the cenote! Zipping was great! Transportation was a little drawn out but the excursion was in the middle of nowhere.

This was so much fun, it’s a scary ride but absolutely worth it, everyone gave me good vibes, and are all amazing and welcoming.

Our group had an awesome time with our tour guide Mary as well as the other assistants and photographers. They were very accommodating and ensured that safety was maintained during all the events. The ATV route was awesome with many twists, turns, dips and bumps! If you wanted a little more adventure, there were options there too! The Zip Lines are not too high for those who are new to the activity. We had an opportunity to take pictures while upside down on the ziplines! The cenotes were relaxing as well. You have the option to release from a zip line or jump from a cliff. Be prepare to pay for the pictures they take of you. They are not included. Lockers are available for a returnable donation. The snack included at the end of the adventure is a little taste of Mexico but you can upgrade for a small fee. We all had a great time with awesome memories in tow!
