Awesome time with Omar plus recovering from recent shoulder surgery they were so kind to have someone drive for me. Never had that type of customer service where no matter what, let’s provide excellent experience to a customer. Tour was absolutely fun and views were beautiful. La ruta en quads durante una hora estuvo muy bien, fue una gran experiencia. Sin embargo, la actitud de Emo tours es para no recomendar. Antes de la actividad contacté con ellos para preguntar qué incluía y solo respondieron una vez que ya no podía cancelar la actividad. Nos cobraron 50$ más del precio pagado por el traslado desde y al aeropuerto, a pesar de que me habían dicho previamente que serían 25$, y nos querían cobrar 20$ más por acercarnos en coche a las pirámides. Además, aunque en la descripción de la actividad aparece que es con guía en español, no fue así, tan solo nos vino a recoger una chica que hablaba algo de español pero que no era guía turística. Me sentí estafada, así que para el servicio que recibí creo que es mucho mejor negociar todo in situ. Seguro que nos habríamos ahorrado una buena cantidad de dinero.
