Please avoid this company. The driver will take you to the irrelevant places even though you asked the company to visit only several places. Our driver took is to their associated shops with zero curiosity and we asked not to take us there but he forced us to visit. At the end of the day we were forced to shorten the place where we wanted to visit.

Avoid this company at all costs!!! RIP off merchants that lie to you and force you go to factories run by their accomplices instead of where you booked to go,trying to sell you products you have zero interest in at vastly exorbitant prices!

Horrible booking experience: Do not recommend

All of this happened and I left completely unsatisfied as a customer, so I will share 10 indisputable facts and then my opinion at the end. Facts: 1. I booked this vendor (true statement) 2. I provided my hotel location to this vendor , well in advance (true statement) 3. I was contacted by this vendor after the 24hr cancellation window passed (true statement) 4. I was told that I either had to pay an additional charge (25%) to have the driver come pick me up, or find a separate driver to drive me to a pickup location by this vendor (true statement) 5. I refused the up charge from this vendor, and communicated my EXTREME disappointment with how this was handled (true statement) 6. I was told this is all my fault for not knowing how close my hotel is to the airport and it’s fitting to the definition of “near airport” 7. I don’t live in Cairo, but the vendor does, the vendor acknowledged they could have said something when I sent them my location but they chose not to say anything at that time (true statement) 8. The vendor says because they have a bullet under their exceptions that says “near airport” will be an additional fee, then they are not required to tell me what is near the airport and what is not, thus it is my fault that I either pay the up charge or lose my already paid fee (true statement) 7. I completely disagreed and said I would escalate Viator (true statement) 8. This vendor all but dared me to reach out to Viator; even informed me that Viator wouldn’t/couldn’t do anything about this (true statement) 9. I escalated to Viator, and this vendor is 100% right. Viator did absolutely nothing to help me as a customer, and the vendor is well aware of this. (true statement) 10. Bottom line: I paid my $ for this service and received absolutely nothing. So that’s money taken with nothing in return except the opportunity to spend additional money. (I dare anyone to disagree with this) Opinion: Viator creates the space for these local vendors to deliver this level of service without any repercussions. I DEFINITELY recommend NOT booking this vendor and having them take your money and potentially give you nothing in return. But also, I’m strongly considering not using Viator if I find an alternative for booking excursions outside of the US. Because they have no teeth for these local businesses they only bully people like me, the customers. And if I was being really ugly I could post the pictures of the WhatsApp chat log that I had with this vendor so everyone could see exactly how they responded to a customer complaint just to ensure full disclosure to any attention given to poor reviews.

you need to be fair and honest because im right and we mention that 30 usd sucharge so clear if your hotel is at airprort area look below again to show you who is right who is fair ! 1-What's excluded entry fees tipping 6th oct city , new settlement , nearby airport additional charge30USD 2-Additional pickup details all Cairo down town and Giza hotels ONLY 3-please note no airport pick up or transfer or outside Cairo or Giza . 3 time I mention that in program , by the way viator is very fair becasie i show them how many time i mention about surcharge however I already infirm you come to meeting point , i dont need your 30 which goes to driver and fuel not me .I told you give your self time to read the itenray and what inlcue and what excule then you insult me thats why i stopped this unpolite conversation and report you to viator , 4-I have all your whtsapp message and everything reported

Terrible customer service

Our driver was great, but my experience with his boss--the person I communicated with to plan the activities for the day--is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in my life. At last minute's notice (11 pm the night before, just as we arrived at the airport and were heading to the hotel) he wanted to change the pick up time to 8/9 am, even though we were told we could schedule pick up "at any time we want" and had originally requested 11 am so that we could settle in at the hotel and get enough rest. Once we agreed upon a new time that he was more amenable to (10 am), the driver ended up showing an hour and a half late anyway, which was really frustrating. On top of this, because of rain that day, we decided to forgo one of our activities of sailing down the nile. We were told that we would need to pay in cash in person day of, which was fine, until the driver and the boss started demanding that we pay for it even though we decided to skip it. The boss harassed me over text, calling me a liar and effectively yelling at me using caps. I've never experienced anything quite like it. We ended our trip early (it was 6 hours long at this point) and went back to the hotel because it was totally soured at this point. I would NOT recommend this experience to anyone.

thats tottaly not true, you have to be honest we said it is better to start ealry as you booked this tour for sightseeing ,we said they close 4 pm ,thats why 8 or 9 am till 4 pm better fo you to cover sighseeng you wnat, you forget you mention to me i want ot book fleuca , please pay for us and we will pay for you , which i already paid from my pocket, please we also dony want you to book this tour as you are liar and dishonest, thank you

Michael was great arranging all the places we needed to go. Assem was our driver for our shopping excursion, and he was very attentive to our needs and very hospitable. Moaz was our driver for the Feluca sunset on the Nile, he was also very attentive and kind. I would recommend Michael with Hesham Egypt for anyone needing to hire a car for the day
