My guide Ali was an absolute gentleman and really went out of his way to accommodate me the entire tour and beyond. He was very knowledgable and a smart young man. I had a problem with my bank card while I was ending tour and he had no problem waiting for me to straighten it all out. I was picked up and dropped off at my hotel which was out of the way but the driver was very relaxed and did a great job navigating to hectic traffic. They worked very well as a team. As a solo traveler I felt very safe while on tour with Ali and I highly recommend he and his team.

The tour was okay, compared to the other costs in Cairo of course high priced. But car, driver Omar and guide Ali were very neat and correct. The detour to papyrus and perfume sales was of course unnecessary. In fairness, you have to say that you are not pushed to buy.

Booking not fulfilled. A German guidebook was booked. Less than 24 hours I was “informed” that it would be an English speaking guidebook. Now trouble and emails with the organizer for money back. We just wanted to enjoy our holiday. And also annoyance that we had to organize a new tour overnight with another provider.
