Islam and the driver were beyond wonderful. I felt so welcome and safe with them (traveling solo). They went above and beyond even though all they needed to do was to take me to the hotel. They stopped by to grab some food and even flowers. At the airport they waited for over an hour due to my flight delay and the business office person promptly communicated with me when i arrived. Make sure you have Whats App. I recommend this company without hesitation.

After booking I was contacted to confirm my flight and pick information. (Which I really appreciated.) My flight was delayed and my pick up was there with a sign with my name on it. (Loved it!) Once inside the vehicle we were given bottle waters and soda which was needed after running through the airport and “fighting” of the guys outside the airport door offering unsolicited rides. We had a smooth ride from the airport to our hotel. The driver also gave us recommendations to book excursions with his company. I recommend this company. I already have my next pick up scheduled. If you’re reading this, book it! It’s too much going on outside the airport to select a ride there. You don’t know who to trust.

Easy no fuss transfer

Cairo can be tricky to get around. Although Uber is available, there are plenty of shady drivers who show up wanting to cash and having you cancel the ride or they cancel the ride. Using this transfer was a breeze flying into Cairo from Luxor and I wished I had used it the first time I arrived in Cairo. I won’t make the mistake of not booking next time. Driver was also very polite and friendly.

Driver was at the airport well ahead of time. Car was clean and comfortable. We were given a tour of Cairo at night on our way to our Hotel. Well spoken and polite driver.Would recommend a pre booked car rather then waiting for taxis or Uber.

Booked and prepaid transport online for Cairo airport pickup. Flight was delayed but sent 3 messages through app to keep driver informed. Was expecting someone from Travelino to collect us but on arrival I received a phone call from Emo tours telling me where he would be located outside. Everything fell apart just before driver appeared with the car. I was asked for additional funds because he used a driver to get to the airport and needed to pay him. I said No as I'd felt I'd done the right thing keeping him updated, but it appears he didn't get the updates. He tried to get additional bookings for tours from us and sent information to my email, but not interested. We were delivered safely to the hotel, & he got a tip. Car was far to small as my husband 6ft 4in and was squashed into the back seat for 35 mins. Wouldn't use again.

Il nostro accompagnatore si è fatto trovare puntuale all’uscita dall’aeroporto, vestito con giacca e con un autista ci hanno accompagnato senza problemi in hotel con un auto con aria condizionata (classica berlina). Lo consiglio per chi arriva per la prima volta in Egitto, perché togli quella ansia del caso tipica del viaggiatore.
