3-days is barely long enough in Cairo; skip Alexandria unless you have a 4th day

Mido (Muhammad) my guide and my driver took care of me as if I was family. You DO NOT want to rent a car and drive in Cairo. I lane split on a street bike for 20 years in So. Cal. and I wouldn't be stupid enough to drive in Cairo traffic. The three day tour in Cairo hits all of the major sites. Skip the perfume factory and the papyrus store (museum?) as you will want to spend more time at the historical sites because Mido will be able to go into even greater depth. By far the best driver and tour guide I had in Egypt. These guys are professionals. Some guides I swear just read a brochure the morning of the tour and after spending time with Mido and his theory of 3's, I was helping other guides explain what we were seeing to other tourists.
