DO NOT BOOK. They will give you a code and tell you to download an app. Then nothing will load and you cannot access the scavenger hunt. Then you will call them and they will not answer. But BEWARE, they have a no refund policy- so Viator will not refund unless you push them hard, then they will call with no success . Still waiting on the refund..

We’re sorry you had difficulty getting started. After purchase, the access code and instructions are sent automatically by email and the activity can be played at any time, which is why bookings are not time-restricted. The game does not require a downloadable app, it runs directly in a mobile web browser and normally opens immediately once the code is entered. In rare cases a phone setting, VPN, browser restriction, or weak mobile signal can block the page from loading. We provide troubleshooting guidance on our website and AI support to help players who have any issues. We were unable to find a call, voicemail, or email linked to this booking, but we absolutely would have assisted in real time. If a technical issue on our side ever prevents access, we resolve it asap. We have already contacted Viator so your case can be reviewed again, and we are happy to sort this directly with you. Please email us with your booking name and we will make sure this is properly resolved. We’d much prefer you experience the adventure itself rather than just the frustration of getting started.
