Easy pick up from most hotels in Cabo. Land is stunning and they have activities down to a science. My daughter rode camels and UTVs on the beach and she loved it. Only about a 30 min drive from Cabo as well - highly recommend for half a day on your vacation ;)

Thier operations was very efficient from check in to our excursion to shuttle ride. Our guide was professional and courteous. Our atvs were well maintained and powerful. The camel ride is a must and the carrot feedings and camel kisses were lifetime memories. Will definitely be sharing our fun with friends back home, but nothing beats being there.

Highly recommend paying the extra for private tour. They take extra care and allow you a little more freedom so you’re not as rushed. Over all. Very impressive place. Very clean and everyone was helpful and easy to talk to. The Views were beautiful from the beach to the dessert. Highly recommended.

The experience was OK. It wasn’t the best but we had a nice Guide person. His name was Manny. He made sure we was safe and everything was working properly. But when you first get there, the person at the registration was a little rude.

Larger 4x4 was useless cause we needed to follow the pace vehicle. Pictures at $45/p was ridiculous.

Our tour guide was Daniel. He was amazing. My family and I had a great time.

The actual tours are amazing. I would have given a.5, but the part that didnt land with me was the cost for.the pictures. The pictures are priced per activity which I think is insane

The ATV guides were good but the front desk person knew she was ripping us off and seemed to enjoy it a little too much.

Add $25 just to go on property. Add $25-40 for mandatory additional insurance or be prepared to give your credit card with a $400-$500 hold for if your ATV gets damaged even if it wasn’t your fault (ex- you run over a rock and the wheel comes off or if someone hits you. Etc) The camels look like this whole task was abuse. They hated walking us! Maybe I could have given one more star for the ATV guys- they were nice but if your experience cost $50 more then just put it in the viator price and let us decide upfront if that is what we want to pay.- don’t take my $100+ then say if you want to ride give me $60 more or lose your $100. That is BS and almost spoiled our whole trip! You are a professional scam artist! Viator needs to be UPFRONT with the entire cost because these hidden fees are unethical and disappointing.

This fee does NOT go to us, it is a Government tax fee. Every company charges this fee because it goes to the Government. Fun after the disasterous check in!

Please read the fine print. At check in they try to get you to pay all these extra fees. Pay Insurance on the ATV, pay insurance on yourself, Park entrance $25, pay a fee for pictures, upgrade ATV fee, etc.. They well tell you if a tire pops it is your fault. Check in was one hour of wasted time of con games. Once we got through that, the ATV and camel ride was nice.

Poorly constructed experience

This was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The pickup was late, which immediately put us behind schedule. Our pickup was 1:00 but they didn’t show until 2:15. It took an hour to get there and we were forced to wait & tour with the 4:00 tour time. This set us back 3 hours from the initial plan. They didn’t drop us back off until 7:45pm. A whole day was taken away from us and we missed our other planned activities for the day. The tour was projected for four hours maximum. Once we arrived, we were surprised with hidden fees that were not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. My card was charged $900, and we were told it would be refunded within 3 business days. It has now been over that time frame and the refund still has not been processed. This is extremely concerning given the amount charged. We were also required to place our phones in a locker, which made the situation even more uncomfortable since we had no access to payment confirmations or communication. Overall, this was a stressful and poorly managed experience, and I would NOT recommend this tour company. Transparency and follow-through were seriously lacking. Highly disappointed with Cactus Tours!

They definitely try to up sale you when you get there. I’m 56 and not sure my back could have handled the trails in the base UTV. Our guide was great and made it informative and fun.

The camel ride was really fun, and driving the UTVs in the sand was awesome. The shared ride went smoothly. I knew we'd have to pay $25/each to get into the place. They did really want you to buy the insurance telling you if someone hits you, you'll have to pay the damages. Other than that, overall great place and fun activities.

Amazing Adventure!!

This was an amazing excursion!! The operators run a tight ship- pickup from our hotel was easy and on time. We had the best guide who was super chill. The camel walk was interesting as we really had fun feeding them. The best part was the UTV drive, the course is long and you get alot of driving time. The course takes you along the beach and the photographer takes great pictures of your party. This is a must do!!

The activity was fine, and my host Rudy, was great. I did have an issue with not being able to bring a phone on the excursion unless we paid for the private trip. I'm sure it was a ploy to get us to pay for their extremely overpriced pictures. However, at the end, it was drizzling, and the lady taking pictures said she wasn't able to get any shots of the second activity. So that was a bummer. All in all, the activity was fine. Be sure to read the fine print.

Thank you for your review but on the tour listing it clearly says no phones allowed due to security reasons. In the past we have had problems with allowing customers to bring phone so to avoid those problems it’s just easier to put your phone in the locker you are given for free. Rules have to be followed.
