- If arriving by cruise, plan according to your tender schedule and note that the tour operates on Cabo local time. Our shuttle follows a strict timetable, and drivers cannot wait past the designated pickup time to prevent delays for others. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, as refunds are not available. No-shows will be charged the full price.
- If arriving by cruise, notify us in advance to arrange a closer pickup location near your ship’s docking port for a smoother transfer.
- Bring cash for the park entrance fee, souvenirs, gratuities, and restaurant services, as there is no ATM onsite. Due to the remote location, card terminals may not work reliably. The park entrance fee must be paid at check-in before starting the activity—failure to do so will prevent participation, and no refunds will be issued.
- For security reasons, the cardholder must be present with their ID for all credit or debit card transactions at our basecamp—no exceptions. The lead traveler must also bring their ID to verify and protect the reservation.
- Shuttle service cannot be guaranteed for last-minute reservations, as all spots must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. We recommend booking early to ensure availability and avoid any inconvenience.
- Luggage is not permitted on the shuttle service.
- Transportation is exclusively for activity participants. Non-participants may request a seat in advance for a $25 USD round-trip fee, payable in cash upon arrival. For safety reasons, children under 7 years old are not allowed on the shuttle.
- To ensure smooth logistics and compliance with local transit policies, drivers cannot wait for guests. Please be ready and fully prepared at your scheduled pickup time to avoid missing your transportation. Punctuality is essential to provide a seamless experience for all participants.
- Cameras, cell phones, and any loose items that could fall are not allowed during the activity. Complimentary lockers are available to store your belongings securely.
- The park entrance fee is $15 USD per person, payable in cash upon arrival. This fee is not included in your online reservation total.
- The tour time you selected is NOT your pickup time. Please check your inbox on the platform for your shuttle service instructions.
- Respectful behavior is required. Anyone displaying rude or inappropriate conduct will not be allowed to participate, ensuring a positive experience for all guests and staff. No refunds will be issued. We reserve the right of admission.
- This tour takes place on a mountain and involves walking outdoors for about an hour with short hikes, suspension bridges, and a rappel down a natural rock wall on uneven terrain. No special fitness level is required, but participants should be comfortable with outdoor activity.

First and Foremost Razil, Ivan and Issac are awesome. This group focuses on safety period. They provide great instructions, demonstrations and practice lines to ensure you are comfortable with your skills. Razil also provides comedic relief and we appreciated his humor.
We had some issues with our transportation the day of the event, but it was handled without any fuss or hassle by Costa Azul.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely Lola (sweet dog) and then given lockers to store our belongings. There are restrooms onsite which I highly recommend to use before going out on the trail. There is water available on the trail so no need to bring any.
There was a total of 4 in our group - the 2 of us and a couple from another hotel. I was the only one that had ever Ziplined before so NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY -the guys are very good at ensuring you are safe and calm and continue to give you guided instruction and check your equipment before each time you Zip.
We did 2 practice lines to demonstrate our skills before venturing out to the longer lines (the practice lines were not short though - like 25 sec). The views were breathtaking. There is some hiking uphill so be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes. We saw beautiful landscapes, butterflies, birds and lizards as well as lots of unique flowers and plants.
We did 7 lines, crossed a suspension bridge and rappelled off the side of a cliff.
Issac did a wonderful job with the pics and videos and we did purchase our photo package.
Upon return we were given the opportunity for tequila tasting, but none of us drink so we passed, however we did choose to eat and it was THE BEST FOOD we had our entire stay. I had a steak and a chicken taco it came with Guac and Kristin had the chicken nachos. Both meals were full of flavor and had hearty servings. Our Scuba experience with Sunrider tours tied with this Zipline experience with Costa Azul for the #1 adventures while in Cabo San Lucas. We did some other ventures like going to Wild Canyon Park, but the Zips were longer and the cost was BETTER AT COSTA AZUL!
If you are looking to have an amazing time with a great group of guys, experience an awesome adventure with breathtaking views, ZIPLINE, HIKE, RAPPEL and have a GREAT MEAL to top off the fun CHOOSE COSTA AZUL as an adventure while you are in Cabo San Lucas!

It was so much fun doing both the zip line and rappelling. Our guides were super and knowledgeable. We also really enjoyed the tequila tasting at the end.
Some hiking uphill involved but just short distances between activities. The ziplines had gorgeous views
It was hit big do much fun. Alan & Isaac & Jasmin were great cheerleaders as we climbed and Zipline. The scenery was so epic flying through the canyon.
This was FANTASTIC ! Good for all ages. We went with the family 9 years old to 69 years old. Everyone had a blast !
Great time! Little bit of a hike, but excellent overall! Felt safe! Good thrill. Wear comfortable shoes and clothes.
Costa Azul Zip line staff was great. We have ziplined before, enjoy it. Be prepared for lot of hiking to get to the lines. We went at 3pm, late August which made the trek seem more intense due to the Cabo sun/heat (Consider going start of day if going in summer and ensure hydrate ahead). Crew encouraged us to take our time and pace ourselves. Multiple zip lines and one repel. They provided water at stop point. Friendly crew. You'll zip through dry, mountainous dessert. Afterwards you have option to get photos - photographer took some great pics. You can also get lunch if you'd like, do a Tequila tasting.
We had a great experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they made the entire experience enjoyable and fun for our small group. The directions were explained very clearly, and they were attentive to each participant throughout the excursion.
We also added the shuttle service at the last minute, and fortunately, they were able to accommodate our request. Communication was excellent as well—their responses through the booking site were quick and helpful.
We grabbed some tacos at the end of the excursion, and they were delicious! The tequila tasting was also enjoyable and was a great addition to the experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it.
Even though we didn’t ask before booking the Zip Line tour, guests should be aware that there is a significant amount of uphill hiking required to reach the various zip line platforms. There are two water stations along the route, but we felt there should be one at every start and end point. It was extremely hot during our visit, and dehydration would be easy without frequent access to water.
The tour advertises food at the end, but what was provided was honestly disappointing—a thumbnail‑sized piece of a quesadilla or something similar. It was so small that you couldn’t identify it by sight or taste. On the positive side, the tequila tasting was excellent. I can’t recall the name of the man who led it, but he was outstanding, and we enjoyed it so much that each of us purchased one or two bottles.
The staff—tour guides, check‑in team, and cabana employees—were all fantastic. We appreciated that they spoke very good English. We certainly don’t expect that, as we are visitors in their country, but it was reassuring to know we could communicate clearly, especially when discussing zip lining across canyons.
Overall, I would recommend this Zip Line tour to anyone.

We truly appreciate your comments regarding the heat and hydration. Our circuit does involve hiking through the natural canyon, and based on your feedback, we are already adding additional hydration stations along the course.
The quesadilla is a complimentary tasting we offer after the activity rather than an advertised meal, but we completely understand your point, and we’ll be making those samples more generous moving forward!

We chose this as an excursion while in Cabo on a cruise. We didn’t expect that they would take up our entire day and hold us hostage.
While technically you do zip line. It’s very hot with little shade. They won’t allow you to have your phone so they can try and sell you a very expensive picture package.
The zip line activity maybe takes 2- 2.5 hours. But then they hold you hostage at their “restaurant” to try and sell you food, drinks and picture packages. That takes at least another hour to two hours. It burned up our entire day. Leaving us very little time left in Cabo and barely making it back to our cruise ship in time. I tired ordering an Uber to escape, but you’re out in the middle of nowhere. Their “free shuttle” makes multiple stops which takes a LONG time to travel to and from the location.
I can’t recommend them.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we respect that every guest may have a different impression of their experience, we would like to clarify several points, particularly because describing our guests as being “held hostage” is a very serious characterization that does not accurately reflect what occurred.
At no point were you or your party prevented from leaving our facilities. We knew you were cruise passengers and, as we do with all cruise guests, your return to the port was already being prioritized. After the activity, you asked our front desk what time the shuttle would depart but did not express that you wanted to leave sooner or needed assistance with alternative transportation. Had you done so, our staff could have arranged a local taxi for you.
You also independently requested an Uber. Although it took longer than expected to arrive (something outside of our control) the vehicle did arrive. By that time, you were already boarding our return shuttle and chose to cancel it.
Regarding transportation, this is a shared shuttle service, so additional pickup or drop-off stops are to be expected and are communicated in advance. There were two stops on your return route. Guests who prefer direct transportation may request a private transfer at an additional cost. Most importantly, these stops did not cause a significant delay: your shuttle was scheduled to depart our base camp at 6:00 p.m., but we departed at approximately 5:45 p.m. to provide additional time for our cruise guests. Despite the two stops, the trip to the port area took approximately 50 minutes, within the approximately one hour we normally allow for this route.
We would also like to clarify that food, beverages, and professional photographs are completely optional. Cell phones and cameras are prohibited on the zipline circuit for safety reasons—not to force the purchase of photographs. This restriction is stated in the Viator listing before purchase and was communicated again in the confirmation sent after your reservation. If these conditions were not acceptable, there was sufficient time to cancel within the applicable cancellation period.
The overall time commitment is also disclosed so guests can plan accordingly. Including the activity and transportation, guests should expect the experience to occupy approximately five hours. Our listing advises that pickups may begin up to 1.5 hours before the activity; in your case, you were picked up only one hour before. For cruise visitors with limited time ashore, choosing a several-hour excursion naturally means dedicating a significant portion of the port visit to that experience. Guests who prefer to spend most of their day independently exploring Cabo may find that a shorter excursion is better suited to their plans.
Regarding the temperature, this is an outdoor adventure in a natural canyon in Los Cabos. Summer temperatures can be very warm, and while we do our best to keep our guests comfortable, the outdoor weather is unfortunately beyond our control.
We sincerely regret that the experience did not meet your expectations. However, there is an important distinction between being disappointed with the duration of an excursion and being “held hostage.” You were free to leave, an Uber was successfully requested and arrived, taxi assistance was available upon request, and our team actually departed ahead of schedule to provide additional time for your return to the cruise port.
We always strive to provide our guests with a safe and enjoyable experience and believe it is important to provide this context so future travelers can make an informed decision when planning their time in Los Cabos.

The zip lines and guides were all top notch, very informative and safety was always their first priority. Our guide was Tony he was awsome honestly I would fly with him every time we could. We are planning a bigger group trip and definitely zip lining will be on the schedule of things to do. His knowledge of tequila and the refining process is great I learned alot. We definitely will be back in the future

The guides were professional, friendly and made safety their top priority while keeping the experience fun and relaxed.
The seven ziplines each offered a different perspective of the beautiful desert canyon, and the suspension bridge and Tarzan swing added even more excitement. The scenery was stunning, and the entire experience was well organised from beginning to end.
I was initially concerned about my fitness after spending a week diving in Socorro, but the walks between platforms were manageable. However, as stated in some reviews, folks with mobility issues may need to take extra care (stamina, good balance as the terrains can be uneven and there are some steps to climb).
I highly recommend this adventure to anyone visiting Los Cabos. It was the perfect complement to my diving holiday and created memories I'll never forget.

They are very friendly and explained very well and had good experience. Me and my kid had really good fun.
Very fun time. Only suggestion is when the tour finished, we were ready to get back to our cruise ship but we had to wait around for half an hour while they tried to sell us things before the driver would take us back.
I had to go back and read the description before writing my review. While I don’t think this is a “hard activity” or an “athletes only” type of activity, I must warn those of us who are not in any kind of shape that this wasn’t a walk in the park. I was winded and dying by the second climb…the steps are deep and of course Cabo’s beautiful weather didn’t help. I did not complete it and the workers kindly drove me and my daughter back down. Everyone was nice and accommodating, explained everything well…it just isn’t for someone who isn’t in any kind of shape. I’m not discouraging anyone from purchasing this, just want everyone to be aware of the potential difficulties for some! If I ever get in better shape, I’d try it again! Again, the staff and guides were great! Just not the activity for us!

This was so much fun and the guides were so fun and entertaining. They all were very experienced and reliable and they made it a great time. Just don’t expect a lot of greenery it’s more about the adventure!
This experience was amazing. The guides were very funny and were great at encouraging our group. They were constantly cracking jokes and making us feel at ease. There were water stations throughout the ziplining course which was very refreshing since you're constantly in direct sunlight. The guides teach you how to zipline and there were two practice lines in the beginning to help you get used to it which we really appreciated. The hiking in between the lines wasn't bad, just slightly steep at times. The rappelling part was a little scary but the guides were extremely helpful and teach you the proper technique so it goes by quick and was very memorable for us. There's a small kitchen at the site so we got some quick bites after we were done and we were able to purchase the pictures that were taken of us (which was A LOT of pictures, we weren't expecting that many). Overall this experience was very fun and very beginner friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

The Los Cabos Zipline Eco-Adventure was absolutely phenomenal and one of the highlights of our trip! From start to finish, the entire experience was exciting, beautiful, and incredibly well organized.
Isaac and Tony took amazing care of us the whole time. They were professional, encouraging, and made us feel completely safe throughout the adventure. We hiked up the mountain a little at a time between activities, which gave us a chance to enjoy the scenery and build anticipation for each zipline. In total, we did 7 ziplines, and every one of them was thrilling and unforgettable.
We also had the opportunity to rappel down about 100 feet, which sounded intimidating at first, but the crew explained everything so well that I felt totally safe the entire time. Their attention to safety and encouragement really made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.
Jasmine also did a wonderful job taking beautiful pictures of both my spouse and me. She captured so many great moments that we will always remember.
To top everything off, at the end of the adventure we met Lola, who made us delicious cheese quesadillas and served what may honestly have been the best salsa I have ever tasted!
This excursion was the perfect combination of adventure, scenery, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend the Los Cabos Zipline Eco-Adventure to anyone visiting Cabo!
Had a great time. The staff is amazing! I was really impressed with everything from their communication to the views and landscape.
I am 70 years old just had surgeries there are not many handrails for me to hang on to for my balance but their crew was excellent and helping me and sometimes carrying my gear. Tony it was great I would definitely do it again
Their guides were very friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic experience. There is quite a bit of uphill hiking and its hot, so be prepared. They do have cold water at the base of some of the ziplines.
