First get there and they tell me I paid for two people on one wet bike. Ok, perhaps I screwed up reading the reservation, I’ll own that. Told them I wanted two for the hour, was told $75 for the second. Ten minutes later they tell me that $75 only covered 30 minutes and I’d have to pay another $35 for the full hour. Rather frustrating outfit to do business with.

It was soo much fun. There are several different vendors so make sure you go to the right one. You will have someone with you to show you where to go, when to come back, and to make sure you are safe.

Worth the money. Had a great time.. loved getting the drone pictures! The person who lead us out took safely ther and we jetted for a good hour. Then he came and found us and we followed him back. Pictures of our jet ski adventure were available. Total core memory of Cabo! Highly recommend!

You cannot the Arch, Lover’s Beach or Divorce Beach from this tour. We had a blast, but had hoped to catch some views of these icons and were disappointed that we couldn’t.
If you aren’t experienced jet skiers 1 hour for the family is plenty of time.
Light on the instruction (which is good in my opinion) and heavy on just letting us enjoy the time.
Kids (14 and 16) said it was a highlight for them.

This was a fun experience. I had never ridden them before. We arrived early and the guys let us go early. He explained how to operate the jet ski and had us follow him out to sea. He stayed with near to us incase of something happened. While riding the ski's they had drones that took pictures and videos of you. At the end of the ride is where it gets the rating. The guy said we could have all the photos and video for $80. I gracefully declined and he dropped the price down to $60 cash. I agreed at that price and he took mine and my wife's email addresses and phone number and said there wasn't any wifi on the beach but he would send them later. Well later never came. It has been 2 days and neither of us have received anything. I guess lesson learned never pay cash when buying anything of the country. No recourse to getting my money back.

We did the jet skis, one solo and one in tandem. Teachers gave us basic instructions and life jackets before we were off. We were allowed to go at our own speed. Glad that they had a drone recording our ride and that we were able to purchase it. The only delta was getting to the location. We ended going the wrong way, had to take a water taxi ($5), but several people we asked did not know where the Viator Rental was. A sign would have been nice. But we managed to get there. Also, our solo rider was allowed to pay and extend his ride from 30 min to 1 hour. That flexibility was great for him.

Completely Horrible experience we rode for 5 minutes before they pulled us back onto the beach before the said we damaged the jet ski and demanded 5000 dollars in damages and when we got back to the shop the police were already there then when we wouldn’t give them the money the police threatened to take us to the station after not seeing ANY of the aforementioned damages!!!!!!! Ended up being extorted out of 2500 dollars after initially somehow being estimated 5k worth of imaginary damages. DO NOT BUY THIS ITS A CHEAP SCAM that will RUIN your trip to Cabo.

The best experience EVER! We got the 30 minute ride and it was beyond what we expected! Antonio was nothing but AMAZING! He even took pictures with our phone. We got the Drone package with all the pics and videos. It was worth every dollar! Thank you guys for an amazing experience for my husband's birthday!

Excellent tour on the Medano Beach. Taboo great place to get sun chairs and need to buy $40 on drinks or food. They give you towels. The ski rent is infront. Very nice guys. Nice beach

They take pictures and a video of you while on the jet ski. The quality of the camera is beautiful! Never did jet skies this was my first time and man I enjoyed it so much definitely would do it again !

Water was great. Temperature was great. The ride was fine.
Jet ski had every engine light on. When my son finished his hour I was called over. Pointing to the nose of the ski, the employee told me my son “broke the engine” and I would have to pay.
He and another jet ski got too close and his was ridden over at the nose. Paint was scratched. We said over and over, THAT IS NOT THE ENGINE. HOW MUCH ARE YOU SCAMMING ME FOR? He spoke in very fast Spanish.
I eventually paid the employee of this company I rented through Viator $100 EXTRA dollars for our one hour ride.
I figured we could have been scammed for more so we hightailed it out of there after paying.
I wouldn’t suggest ANYONE rent this excursion after our experience but if you do they’re also very difficult to find. It is literally a guy at a makeshift table on the beach. Good Luck!

I had a great time celebrating my birthday. Giovanni was very nice getting us set up, and he helped us connect with another company to get drone footage of us. Also, Antonio was great, he went out with us on thw water. He help my cousin and friend when they fell off , he was very patient, and gave us advice. I would definitely do this again and with this company.

This was a great experience. Interacted with 3 guys between getting directions and the rental process, and everyone was bilingual (English/Spanish). Their stand is on the beach with a really simple process to jump on the Jetski, and a guide took us to the official activity area and although the guide was around for safety, we were also able to go wherever we wanted within the large bay without supervision.
It was amazing fun, fast Jetskis. You are out in deep water and we saw sea turtles and a large manta ray.
They had an optional add on where they take video and pictures with a drone for you. We didn't do it but I wish I had.
Would book again with them!

This was a great experience. I’ve never gone jet skiing, but the staff here made me feel comfortable and safe. They were pleasant and patient with me. Besides one of their staff members drinking my water, I would definitely do it again!

Stay away from these guys. After they cut our 30 minute rental short, three
Of them surrounded me and demanded I pay for the damage on the front of the ski that was clearly existing because of the patch work. I stood my ground and argued that damage was existing. After what felt like a few minutes of arguing they gave up and let us leave. All of their skis are banged up. So if you use them, take a before picture of the skis.

My family and I had a great time. The staff were friendly and took their time to explain safety rules to me and my kids. We had a blast jet skiing. Our guide Erwin was very friendly and showed us the safe play area. We signed up for 30 minutes, but we ended up using the Wave Runner for about 40 minutes with no extra charge. The place is not difficult to find as mentioned in the other reviews. Just look for the name of the company and you will see a big sign with staff waiting to check people in.

Very straightforward check in as it was a 15 min walk from the marine and there was people standing outside a stand in the beach. The activity is cheap and fun and the people are helpful as our jet ski flipped over and they came to help and even try to find my sunglasses.
