This sunset cruise departs from the Cabo San Lucas Marina at a pre-designated time.
Board a catamaran boat, and listen to your guide introduce you to your crew and captain. Go over some safety tips to keep in mind, and then set sail. Keep in mind you can have unlimited drinks, both alcoholic or non-alcoholic, but you must be 18 years of age to be served any alcohol.
Voyage down the Sea of Cortez, and keep your eyes peeled for sea lions, stingrays, and other marine life. Pass by Lovers Beach and beachfront properties before making a stop at El Arco to take pictures. This limestone rock is well-known for its arch that was formed by the tide. Continue to the Pacific Ocean side of the water, and enjoy the sunset.

Make sure you let driver knows exactly where to go contacted operator and got told I was a no call no show and I was there

The overall experience was enjoyable.
The boat was very nice. It was a little too party type boat, but it didn't affect our enjoyment of the night. It may have been that we were there with a lot of the spring break crowd.
The sunsets were picturesque.
We had to take a taxi to/from our resort. We did not know that taxis don't wait outside the marina and they're not readily available. We ended up walking down the street to the Breathless and got one there.

Amenities really poor.
Beer was mini bottles of bud light (arent we in mexico?)
Liquor was about as no name as you xan get.
The snacks were tortilla chips and aalsa.
No sandwiches or real snacks as many of these cruises provide.
For 60 would have expectrd a level of quality.

Please DO NOT book this cruise, especially if you are traveling with young children. And specifically, the La Princesa boat from Cabo San Lucas Tours.
We booked this as a family excursion thinking a sunset cruise would be a nice way to end our golf/family trip to Cabo. It was a horrible evening! Our boat had about 30 people, in a diverse age group. I should have realized it the minute I stepped on the boat. It was advertised as a catamaran, but it wasn't a regular catamaran.
Let me start by saying my boys are older, 21 & 24 yrs old so the behavior they witnessed was not shocking. The evening started out fine, we left the marina, the crew asked us if we wanted a drink and music was playing. As we neared the Arch, some people were asking for more alcohol and as it was advertised as unlimited drinks the crew obliged. Although at that point some passengers were well beyond their limit. Many were stumbling around the boat, falling, and a few times I thought some might fall overboard. One guy was stumbling and almost fell on me. A few ladies were so drunk, they started using one of the metal posts in the boat as a stripper pole, right in front of an older couple in their 80's! WTF!!
You would think the crew would handle the situation properly as they are responsible for the safety of all passengers.
But the crew was not helpful at all as they were consuming alcohol themselves! One crew member was walking around the boat pouring alcohol directly into peoples mouths straight from the bottle!
If you are considering this sunset excursion, save your money. Book another company. Pay a little more, it'll be worth it
I don't know how the other excursions with Cabo San Lucas Tours are, but the sunset cruise on La Princesa boat was a nightmare!
If I could give this zero stars, I would!

We had an amazing time on this sunset cruise in Cabo San Lucas! The crew was incredibly friendly and made sure everyone was having a great time from start to finish. The unlimited drinks were great and kept flowing all evening, and the music created such a fun and relaxing vibe on the boat.
Watching the sunset over the water was absolutely beautiful, and the views were truly exceptional. It was the perfect mix of fun, relaxation, and stunning scenery. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Cabo — it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! 🌅🍹🚤

Beautiful sunset cruise during sunset where you WILL get to see a bunch of whales if it’s whale season. It’s a big group activity so temper any romantic expectations. Party vibe, good crew. The drinks did not seem to be watered down as is the case on a lot of these open bar type of experiences.
