I waited less than 30 minutes, just as promised. The cars were clean and luxurious, and the driver was very friendly. I was alone in the vehicle, which was a big plus. I absolutely recommend them!

Just be aware when you land In Cabo it’s obviously typically very warm. We waited almost 40 minutes for the ride to get there. We were lucky because it’s a Shared shuttle and we were the first to be dropped off about a half an hour away but had there been multiple others it could’ve been an hour and a half drive for 15 miles. An Uber would’ve cost less and been much quicker.
Airport Pick up was easy. Our driver was very friendly and made the ride to the hotel very nice.i alway use viator for our trips and have never been disappointed! Thank you for your great service
I loved traveling with Epic. The communication was perfect. They are so friendly and accommodating...... the burgundy shirt and khaki pants is perfect. We knew exactly who our driver was. Thank you Epic!!

This is the best way to travel from the airport. Comfortable, easy and pleasant experience. The rdpresentatives were very personable.
Transportation was quick speedy professional. I appreciate it their communication because I missed my first flight and they were there waiting when I got there on my next flight. I use them every time I travel out of the country.

We waited 25 minutes in 95 degree heat and they had no coherent answer as to when we might leave

And Viator is usually very reliable
Epic shared ride from airport to hotel requires a bit of a wait and some patience in dropping off the individuals sharing but is quite a bargain compared to to the private rides we usually book. The cost was about 30%! The vehicle was the same. Immaculate. The driver was very courteous and professional.
I will do this again with Epic.

Drivers were prompt, friendly, and easy to communicate with via the Viatour app and text messages. I would definitely recommend. It seems like a good value for the money.

Terrible service. Was surprised by my arrival at the airport and had to scramble to get me a ride. Long wait. Confirmed my return to the airport 3 times and driver still did not show. Spent $90 on an Uber to make my flight. Worst car service I have used used. Be smart and look elsewhere; there are plenty of other car services for the airport

As a result, you were incorrectly marked as a no-show, leading to the unacceptable situation where you had to arrange your own last-minute transport to make your flight.
We completely understand why you are upset—missed pickups and travel stress are the absolute last things anyone wants on vacation.

Amazing service. Used these guys a few times with absolutely no issues. Always on time and easy to find at the airport.
Drivers both way were great. We changed to a private transfer to return and they took care of it with no problems.
Pick up from the airport was amazing. Driver was super nice. The pick up to drop us off from the airport. The van was hot like the air conditioning was not working.
This is NOT Epic they contract out to a different company. I was picked at the airport and redirected. I ALWAYS check and present my pickup/return voucher to the resort concierge for confirmation rhe day before pickup. A confirmation was made, I was present 15 minutes prior to the expected pickup; the bellman had my luggage waiting outside as i sat inside the air conditioned lobby. I waited almost 30 minutes before approaching the concierge to check on my pickup. The concierge and I was given information that TransKema had been dispatched. However, the bellman stated the an Epic van had not shown up. TransKema sent a photo of their van at the lobby of some unclear location. I did not have time to take care of the issue as to NOT miss my flight.
I paid a taxi $90 US dollars for a one way charge to the airport. ROBBERY by both EPIC and the Taxi . TransKema is also accused of fraud as they did not contact me or even told the resort during the confirmation call that they would be the pickup company.
All the people want is YOUR MONEY, they get prior to delivering the service. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Clear Instructions Provided: As stated in your departure voucher, guests are explicitly instructed to wait outside at the Lobby Exit for pickup. Due to hotel privacy and security rules, off-site transportation providers are strict about not entering hotel lobbies to search for individual guests.
Driver Arrival & Protocol: Our driver arrived at your resort on time, waited at the designated Lobby Exit, displayed a clearly branded sign, and called out your name. Because you chose to wait inside the air-conditioned lobby rather than at the designated exit point, you missed the driver.
Attempts to Reach You: Before departing the property, our driver attempted to contact you directly using the phone number provided on your booking. The call went unanswered.
Third-Party Logistics: To ensure smooth operations and timely airport arrivals across Cabo, we occasionally partner with vetted, professional local transport operators like TransKema. They operate under our strict service standards, and a photo proof of arrival at the resort entrance was logged at the time of your pickup.
We understand that waiting in a cool lobby is more comfortable, but following the printed pickup instructions is essential for connecting with your driver on time. We fulfilled our commitment by sending transportation on schedule and trying to reach you before departure.
Awful experience. We had to wait for someone else not in our group. Then we have this crappy old van with no air conditioning. No waters offered. They show you five star SUVs in the picture but pick you up in old van. Not luxury at all. Embarrassing.

Shared Shuttle Expectations: You purchased an economical shared shuttle service. By definition, shared transfers involve traveling with other passengers who are arriving around the same time. Expecting a private, non-stop ride on a shared ticket is a fundamental misunderstanding of the service you selected.
Vehicle Age & Condition: The vehicle dispatched for your transfer was a 2023 Toyota HiAce, equipped with fully functional air conditioning. While it may not fit your personal definition of luxury, calling a late-model vehicle "crappy and old" is simply inaccurate.
Inclusions & Amenities: Complimentary bottled water and luxury SUV upgrades are amenities reserved exclusively for our Private Luxury Transfers. They are neither advertised nor included in our standard, low-cost shared shuttles.
We take pride in delivering reliable, transparent, and comfortable transportation. Our product listings clearly detail what is included with each service level so guests can select the option that best fits their personal standards.
The instructions emailed to us to meet the driver were incorrect. They sent us the instructions for the Cabo Terminal 2 airport. We arrived domestically into Terminal 1. We tried to call the phone number provided but it was disconnected. We eventually found a representative. We then had to wait close to 30 minutes for our driver. The worst bit was the driver sped most of the way and was constantly in his phone sending messages whilst driving!
Friendly, easy and reliable. Small wait at the airport for others as it was shared transfer. Communication was great
Poor communication. There was a hiccup with our arrival flight. I sent 2 messages and did not receive a response. I called a few times. No response. Upon on arrival I had to find other transportation.

I prearranged my round-trip transfers with this company. Absolutely amazing!!! Clean, timely, amazing drivers! The vehicles were private and better than I expected!!! On the pickup, I rode in a brand new Ford Excursion! On my return, I was picked up in a Cadillac Escalade!
Besides being the last stop, the driver did not drop me off at the right location at Diamonte resort. I had to figure out where I was at, and realized that I had taken another shuttle to the correct location.

Usually guests book a private Transportation service for the Hotel because of the far away location. We are sorry that you had to go through that. Nice quick ride. Very clean van. Very friendly driver and met nice on the ride. Always fun to see what's on the way to our hotel.
This is a shared ride. The listing isn't clear. As far as shared rides go, it was fine. Nothing really too amazing but got us there safe and sound.
Wonderful company instructions for pickup was clear and transportation was efficient.

Very helpful and great communication. I missed my flight and came in later than expected. And they were very accommodating. The driver was friendly and a great driver.
Stay away from time share vultures. Had some wait even it took some time to get to pick up area do to timeshare folks. Driver on ride from airport to hotel had a hard time with AC. Return was in a minute buss with several other passengers, not private. Nice van and great driver but not what I thought I paid for.
