This was our first time using Epic Transportation and I’m happy with the service they provided us. They picked us up from the airport, and brought us back after our resort stay was complete. They were on time on both occasions and communicated with us very well via the Viator app to confirm pickup times and exact locations. I would definitely consider using their service again the next time we visit Cabo.

The shuttle ride was good, got a private ride without having to pay for it. It was nice, but doesn't always happen like that. Maybe just the day and time I flew in. I would recommend Epic shuttles..

The wait to get on the shuttle was at least 30 minutes and I thought they were supposed to do groups in similar areas
That was not the case as we went clear to one side of the peninsula and then back to the other to drop us off
That was another 50 minutes

Do not use this company for transportation from the airport. If you sign up online and click that you want a dedicated transfer, it gives you a price and when you select the price, it transitions you to a shared Shuttle without notification. We got to the airport expecting our own ride and we’re told we had to take a shuttle and there were no individual cars available. Then we were told we would be the third stop and we were the fourth which should’ve taken a half an hour took an hour and a half. Very misleading marketing Bait and Switch!! Avoid!!

Flight arrived as scheduled at 0835. However, we had to wait for over an hour for transportation to arrive. There should have been NO reason to have to wait that long, because the airport arrival area was empty. What is the point to include my flight arrival time if your are NOT going to have transportation either waiting on us or shortly after our arrival. There is literally minimal travelers that arrive in SJD airport that early. But I left 3 stars, as the representative was able to arrange a private auto after realizing that we were upset by the lengthy delay.

Vehicle for pick up was not there after the long time we spent in the airport. When we got checked in with them we were told we would have to wait 15 minutes. A half hour later we loaded into a van with others, as expected. However we were dropped off at the wrong hotel. I did explain to the driver that it was not the correct hotel and he insisted it was. Had to get the concierge to call the company and get a new driver. They said they would be there to pick us up in 20 minutes. 35 minutes later the new driver showed up. He was so pleasant and apologized over and over. Took us another half hour to get to our hotel. Just hoping they remember to pick us up when we have to go back to the airport.

Since it is not a private ride we had to wait 45 min for others to arrive before leaving for hotel. They took us to wrong Hilton even though we said Cabo Azul many times. Our return flight was delayed 3 hrs and called 2 hrs before we were supposed to be picked up and no answer so I sent email to see if we could get later pickup, no answer. Called again and spoke to someone and they said no changes within 24 hrs. Not great service if flight is delayed. Cheaper and faster to take Uber if there are 2 or more of you and more reliable

Seats in back were tight for leg space and side space. We were last stop which total transit time was roughly 90 mins since I didn't count exactly. Not sure I trust ride back to airport.

Did not contact to confirm time for pickup. Pickup came at unexpected time and they would not wait or contact for any reschedule. Just took my prepaid return fee and never cared to reach out again.

Go straight from baggage claim, out the terminal door, and to the numbered spaces under the metal awnings. Then look for EPIC.

Skip this on a busy holiday. Waited over an hour to get a van, then drove 90 minutes all over the place until getting to our hotel in the marina.

Horrible service . My daughter spent 3 HOURS on the shuttle bus. 10 passengers, one stop in San Jose took 1.5 hours yes traffic for one passenger, 9 persons going to San Lucas. People got sick, had to stop hotel to use washrooms. Company should have had 2 vehicles. Her ride was longer than flight. Refused to use the toll to San Lucas. Awful service cancelled the other 2 bookings.

The listing does not say that this is a shared ride. You will wait for at least 30 minutes once you check in outside the airport for them to cram as many people as possible into a van headed in vaguely the same direction. We were the 4th to be dropped off on our ride that took over an hour and 20 minutes to get to our hotel near the marina in CSL. I spent the entire ride in a separate row from my wife, crammed in the back with absolutely no leg room next to another couple. Take any other form of transportation or even a city bus would be the same experience but cheaper. I canceled our return trip, but they would not make any discount or accommodation for the 2 hours it took for us to reach our hotel once we left the airport.

We let them know what time our flight was arriving but still had to wait 30 minutes after we retrieved our luggage. I thought the whole point of giving them our arrival time meant there would be someone there to pick us up. There was another couple going to the same resort so maybe a van should've picked us close to our arrival time. Our designated time given by Epic Shuttle to pick up on the way back was punctual.

Sergio was awesome! We only had to wait for 20-30 minutes (just enough time to have a welcome drink) and the drive into Cabo Sergio pointed out the sites and gave us dinner recognitions.

I don’t recommend doing the shared ride with Epic. We had to wait approximately 30 mins at the airport before our car arrived. It was an unorganized mess! Once our car arrived the driver was great. He was very friendly and did a great job!

Group transfer from airport to hotel. Van was clean and on-time. Price was very reasonable. Roads were all under construction so it was nice to let someone else do the driving.

Go straight outside after baggage claim. Don't let the people in the airport direct you in to a room with a "check in" desk. They are sales people trying to sign you up for tours, etc. Epic is outside

Drivers were friendly, pleasant and respectful. The only problem I had was the communication with the company. I had to consta6call about my round-trip back to the airport because for some reason it was not set up, and it wasn't in the system. To be paying $238 for 6 people, it should have been taken care of. I submitted my flight information both ways with a screen shot of my return flight and ref. number.
