We had to be transported to the Budapest airport at 3:30 am for a 6:00 am flight. Our driver notified me the night before via WhatsApp and let me know his name, the kind of car he will be driving, his license plate number, and also sent a photo of what he looked like. He was waiting on us when we came out of the hotel, and he was very friendly, helpful, and courteous! It was such a relief to know that even in the middle of the night, we knew we could count on this Viator service! Thank you so much for the perfection you provide!!!
Our driver, Kalman, kept in contact with me via the What’s app from the day before we left home until we landed. I let him know when we were at the pickup location and he arrived to pick us up in less than 5 minutes. He was very friendly and professional. We arrived safely at our hotel.

Our flight departed at 6:00 am so I was nervous about getting an early ride to the airport. Our driver picked us up promptly at 3:00 am. His van was very clean and he was friendly and courteous. He confirmed our pick up time the day before which was reassuring. I would definitely recommend this service.

We were picked up from our Airbnb and delivered to our terminal.
It was difficult to locate our driver once we arrived in Budapest. We are accustomed to someone greeting us in the arrivals area, holding a sign with our name after retrieving our luggage. As it turns out, some drivers are not allowed to park in the airport arrivals controlled areas, and thus, cannot greet us. We had to call our driver once we got our luggage, who then requested us to go upstairs to departures and wait for him. Then, the driver was not allowed to drive us to the hotel frontage, as only taxi companies are allowed by the city. This resulted in us having to roll our heavy 3-week amount of luggage uphill on cobblestone pavements to reach our hotel. These were major inconveniences, especially after a long overnight trip from the USA. The driver was friendly enough, although he spoke limited English, but the overall service was not acceptable.

Our flight was delayed arriving into Budapest, and we waited for hours at passport control. Our driver, Niklos, was kind and patient, and he was in contact with us the entire time. Easy to use, keeps you in touch with your driver even though there were delays Driver kept up a texting conversation and was waiting outside the second we arrived. No worries or guess work involved quick efficient ride. Took initiative to call cruise line and take us right to the dock!
Had a last minute request for an earlier pick up time which was promptly arranged. Driver was on time, very friendly, and gave us a "mini" tour on the way to the airport.
Tough weekend with the Champion’s League soccer championship and the airport and city overrun with fans. Pickup was a little hectic but it all worked out. We waited at taxi departure area and soon found our driver. Many others had their driver waiting inside, probably at greater cost!

Driver reached out via what’s app the night before (my communication preference) to let us know how to coordinate with him after our flight landed. He was waiting & took about 5 min to get to baggage claim once we notified him we were ready. He was friendly & knowledgeable, and shared points of interest on the drive to our hotel. His English was not perfect but he was able to communicate easily. We would definitely use this service again.
The lady who pick us up in Budapest was great as our flight plans changed all getting ng there.
Your person who was supposed to pick us up in Munich was horrible. We had extra time as we were flying out the next day and had arranged for a stay at the Hilton at the airport. He decided it was too long a drive. We were told to take the train to Munich. The train was under repair we tried the bus but couldn’t navigate it. This was all done in the last minute and we were in contact with your person. When he heard we couldn’t make it . He then offered to come and pick us up at the airport and go on another tour. We said no. The tour for $75 per person shows up as $360. On our cc statement. We are then are told we didn’t meet the 24 hour notification to get a full refund. All this was done in the same day. We have had great experiences with your company in the past. This has been horrible. We now need to fight you for the $360 a last minute tour. My wife made the arrangements. Her name is Stefanie Sedillo if you care to look it up. This is a bad story considering we recommend to all our friends and your company took advantage of us.
Miklos was excellent, friendly and efficient. Our flight was delayed, he was constantly in communication with us and was there when we walked outside the airport. Which was 1 1/2 to .2 hours after our original arrival time. We highly recommend this Viator Service!!!
Our driver communicated with me in advance of our arrival to let me know he’s be waiting five minutes away and to text/call once we had our luggage. The pickup was quick and the van was perfect for our group of five plus luggage. The driver was friendly and pointed out some sights along the way. Highly recommend!

The hotel has two entrances: one on the pedestrian street where you waited, and the other is the back entrance designated for vehicle access. The pickup point was the hotel lobby, where our driver looked for you, while the transfer vehicle was ready at the back entrance. This arrangement is standard for early-morning pickups to ensure safety and efficiency.
Your transfer was scheduled for 04:00 a.m., and it departed on time as requested. All seven of your messages were answered promptly, including those sent during the night. Communication and service were clear and timely throughout.
