- Note that per Massachusetts state law: "All children riding in passenger motor vehicles must be in a federally approved child passenger restraint that is properly fastened and secured according to the manufacturer's instructions until they are 8 years old OR over 57 inches tall." We do not provide child seats, please bring age appropriate car seats for kids who do not meet these criteria. We will not be able to do the tour if you do not have child seats for everyone that needs one. A refund will not be issued the day of the tour due to lack of proper car seats. All children must be registered as separate tour guests.
- Luggage - note that luggage will decrease vehicle capacity. If you have luggage, please let us know in your booking comments so we can confirm we will be able to safely handle it.

It was a private tour and Marybeth was excellent and met on all our requests above and beyond. We went passed Harvard university and MIT…heard many stories about the campus and the Great Dom Hack about Harvard’s plank. We drove by Italian town and Chinatown. Ate at the famous Cheers and was delicious. We had a non walking tour as requested…mainly drove around town.

We rode in a comfortable car and we walked through a neighborhood. The tour included a snack (complementary) and time for lunch on our own. Because it was rainy, we chose to ride after our lunch instead of more walking. The good thing is that we could choose. We got lots of history.

We wanted a general tour of Boston without alot of walking as we are older with aches and pains! Ryan was a fantastic guide with a love of history. He was friendly and very informative. I think we learned many of Boston's "Hidden Gems" and thoroughly enjoyed the private tour ! Well worth it!

The Boston Walking Tour was great! Ryan, a nice young man with lots of charm & very knowledge, walked us everywhere giving us the highlights of Old Boston with tons of history thrown in. The coffee & pastries at Vittoria were so good & having an hour for lunch to regroup was appreciated. Ryan found us at our cruise terminal and dropped us off at the airport. He graciously took photos, answered questions and was all in all professional and fun. Thank you Ryan for a great tour!

First part about the old north church and the walking part of the tour, was the best part. Spent to much time on stopping to eat. Thought the price of the tour too high for what we saw. Riley was wonderful and informative and a lot of fun and a very good driver.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Alex today. She was very knowledgeable and flexible in ensuring we were able to follow our personal interests as she shared the history of Boston from centuries past. Breakfast and lunch were delicious and provided us with the opportunity to enjoy local cuisine. We would highly recommend this tour as it provided us with a greater understanding of this beautiful city. You would be fortunate to have Alex as your guide.

This was absolutely one of the best tour experiences I’ve ever had. Maria arrived on time and was so upbeat and friendly. She had an extensive knowledge of the city and gave such great stories about everywhere we visited. Maria even had flowers for my mom to celebrate her 73rd birthday. I would highly recommend this tour or any that Maria offers to everyone visiting Boston!

Maria was fantastic! Our tour was a lot of fun and Maria knows so many fun facts about Boston! She balances just the right amount of walking and driving. We skipped lunch and drove out to Boston University and Northeastern so my daughter who’s a Junior in High School could see the areas. If you want to get the real Boston tour this is one you don’t want to miss!!

Best for 2 or 3 people, seating not comfortable for 4th adult. The viewing for extra adult was very limited, would be better on a bus. Guide was lovely and very informative on history, but maybe could slow speech down a little.

Sorry to hear that your experience wasn't outstanding. As I mentioned during the tour, at any time you had the option to move to the empty back row of the minivan, with plenty of seating and window access. The tour vehicle is a Toyota Sienna minivan, which seats 6+ passengers, and other passengers in your group also offered to switch seats with you during the tour.
I appreciate your feedback on speaking cadence, and will work on that.
