Fun and interesting tour in the old town of Bari

We had the best time on this tour with Anna. We went all over the old town of Bari and she was very informative and fun! The pasta making in a locals home was absolutely amazing. It was great getting to see first hand how they make pasta. My teenagers loved it and it tasted delicious! The end was great with gelato. Anna was a great guide!

Fun to learn about the city and kids had a good time making pastas. I would have liked to have had more than 5 minutes at the pasta street though.

We had an amazing time with Federico! He was so fun and passionate in making sure we learn the history of Bari while having a great time. Started off with Gelato to cool and we rode around sight seeing. And the most fun part was making orecchiette with Carmela! Thank you for an amazing evening Federico, you’re a gem!

Emanuele, our guide, was superb: good humoured, knowledgeable and with great inter-personal skills! He paced the tour perfectly, with just enough information to maintain our interest, but without overloading us. We saw things we would have missed on our own. We had an insight into daily life in Bari's old town: learning how to make the local orchiette pasta from an Italian nonna (in her own home) was absolutely the best part of this tour! I absolutely recommend it!

One of the meeting points is listed as the Bari Port. This is misleading. They consider the meetup point in the city. Every other tour we took said port and was at the port near the ship. I went on their chat line and was told that I would have to travel into the city and try to locate what they consider the port. I told him I walk with a cane. I was told that their was nothing they could do. We were not able to go and lost $215 I do all of my bookings with Viator. Shame on you Viator

We did this on a class trip(Age 20-21, +a grown teacher), and we can all agree that it’s one of our best experiences ever! The tour guides were amazing and super fun, and made it fun for younger audiences as well as the older. The local lady were super nice, and it was such an amazing way to really feel the culture in Italy! You get so much for the price, with both food, history and conversations, that it will definitely be worth the time and money. 10/10 recommend, and would do it again!

Tres chouette tour avec Hannah! Visite très intéressante avec une guide très sympathique et drôle qui nous a partagé plein d’infos sur la ville et de bons plans. La réalisation de pâtes avec la nona était aussi super chouette. Activité plus que recommandée 🤩
