unfortunately we missed the entrance and had to go around, which made us about 5 minutes late. The tour guide had already left? and wouldn't answer when we tried contacting them. Then after contacting Viator directly, we learned that we wouldn't get a refund :( - very disappointed
The guide was excellent and the tour was amazing. Appreciated the commentary from our tour guide. It was a little difficult finding the meeting spot but other than that it was a fun experience.

We went for the tour. The booking office would not accept our tickets. We reached out to the ticket office. Julia travel and they said we needed to speak to visitor. I have tried several times to contact with no luck. We were at the museum in plenty of time and got tegecyed and had to leave around 11:15 for another tour booked for 12 noon. Very disappointed as we really wanted to do this tour and we would like a refund.
It was completely worth it to walk through the Barcelona FC Museum with a tour guide vs viewing ourselves. The guide offered additional details and brought the exhibit to life for us. We enjoyed the tour. Thanks

Our guide, Jonathan, was great. Very knowledgeable. My husband had a problem with his knees and Jonathan didn't rush us. Walking at a relaxed pace and asking if we were OK. The museum was great especially the Messi section but when you walk out onto the pitch it was awesome. A great tour thoroughly enjoyable would totally recommend, and I'm not a Barcelona fan.
A must experience for any football fan. Very informative and well organised. The actual stadium was amazing and the museum very interesting. We loved our trip here and our guide was great.
The experience of camp nou was amazing. Using “Viator” as my ticket broker was my mistake. They never made it clear where to pick up my tickets or that if I just went to the stadium itself, they’d be €20 cheaper. Absolute scam.
We injoyed the tour very much lots interesting things to see . A lot of history which we found interesting.
Christina our tour guide was great, I think only being a group of 6 made it harder for her.
English translation was good, everything was explained well and we were also help with our journey back. I think the tapas 'lunch' could have been a little more substantial when u think we left at 8am and ate 2 bits of tapas at 12. That is literally my only fault. Christina was great and chatted to us separately in other parts.
