Pick up your ticket at the central Barcelona address shown on your voucher, and then make your own way to FC Barcelona Museum. Your prebooked ticket entitles you to priority Access, so you skip right past the long ticket lines.
Then, explore independently the new Barça Museum, where though different interactive experiences you will discover the different legendary players that form part of the historic moments of the club.
Be the protagonist of the show, access to the new “Spotify Camp Nou Live” space, an immersive 360ª show where you will experience from a unique point of view the emotions that represent what has been, is and will be the biggest stadium in Europe

The reservation was not accepted at the museum or at the ticket office. I had to repurchase the tickets there. We were told they do not work with this vendor.

We were told to meet your representative under a green umbrella near the entrance by 9:30 am sharp. They were never there. Finally the people at the museum entrance helped us.

DO NOT BOOK THIS - the information received does not detail that the voucher issued is not the ticket and that it needs to be redeemed at an agents office before use. No access to customer support, calls unanswered and live chat ignored. After failing to reach the agent, contact was made with Viator support who also tried to contact the agent and failed. I was advised a refund request would be placed. I purchased new tickets direct from the stadium. Received an email stating a refund was refused on my booking - this is unacceptable, had the information been clear and details given on exchanging the voucher at purchase the instructions would have been followed. Fraudulent and misleading with no customer support - Previous response from Julia travel advises Viator are aware of the ticket terms - However this information isn't given or clarified on the booking confirmation with the meeting point clearly stating the stadium. This tour should not be available.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR WITH VIATOR. This is a 3rd party voucher through Julia Travel. First you must pick up your voucher about 20 minutes away. We decided to pick it up a few days early to prevent having to go the morning of the tour as it was a bit of travel time. They printed the voucher and we arrived on the date we scheduled. Once we arrived they told us these vouchers have the wrong date (dated the day we picked them up 6/30 although our Viator date was booked 7/1) they also told us these vouchers were duplicates. And could not let us go inside. Now I do have to appreciate the professionalism of the stadium as they did work with us and eventually let us into the tour. This is a great experience and I do recommend however until Viator can work with another company for vouchers I would suggest to book direct with the stadium.

Arrived at the “meeting point” (the museum) with my voucher, but told to go to the desk, then told to contact the agent, who told me to contact Viator. Was unable to access the museum as small print detailed that the “voucher” is actually a redemption ticket, so I was actually meant to travel to the agent’s shop, then to the “meeting point”. Very misleading, unclear and terrible customer service. I’ve received no response.

This is a scam. Very low price and do not make it clear you have to travel to the other side of the city to pick up tickets in advance. Will spend more in transportation than just getting the valid ticket from the museum. No response from seller and no refund when I tried to reach out. Was a very sad day for our family, we never made it into the museum.

Horrible, when we got to the museum we were told we had to travel to a separate location 30 minutes away to pick up the tickets. They than told us that the last showing was at noon and we where unable to get it. This was not stated, they change in hours so we miss getting to tour the museum before the game. Been trying to get in touch for refund and unable to speak with anyone. Basically feel like $150 was just stolen. Would not recommend

My grandson and I arrived at Camp Nou to be told the ticket on my mobile could not be used. We then had to get a taxi to a tour agent to pick up the vouchers. This was an extra expense I hadn't bargained for and I wouldn't have booked it. I had been to Parc Guell the day before and didn't need vouchers. This experience spoilt it for us. My grandson did enjoy the tour in the end but it was stressful trying to find the tour company. I would recommend the tour but I would not recommend booking it through yourselves.

Really just an agent that we had to make an additional stop at. No savings on the ticket and still had a combined 25-30 transport to get to the activity. The staff were very pleasant at Julia Travel but just found the step to be unnecessary.
Knowing what I know now I would have just stood in line for the 5 minutes and bought tickets at the Barca office.

I don't know why I have to go all the way to Julia's for the ticket that was so far out of the way. The actual experience was awesome though. As an American I was scared of not getting a ticket but like they sell them right there at the venue all formally so might just do that next time.

I had a very disappointing experience with Viator during my recent trip to Barcelona. I purchased two tickets to visit the Barcelona Stadium (Camp Nou) through Viator, expecting a smooth and well-organized process. However, when I arrived at the stadium, I was told that the tickets had to be collected from the Viator partner office, which was located quite far from the stadium. This information was not made clear at the time of booking.
I immediately made my way to their office, but due to the unexpected distance and confusion, I arrived just 5 minutes after the stated collection time. Despite explaining my situation — that I was a tourist, not familiar with the city, and leaving Barcelona soon — the staff were completely unhelpful and unsympathetic. They refused to assist or provide any solution, and I was denied entry to the stadium.
As a result, I lost both my tickets and my money without ever getting to experience the stadium tour. Viator’s lack of clear instructions, poor coordination with their local partner, and zero flexibility or customer care left me extremely disappointed.
I have since returned to Warsaw and no longer have the opportunity to visit Barcelona again, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I expected much better from a company that claims to prioritize travelers’ experiences.
I strongly advise future travelers to double-check where and how tickets must be collected before booking with Viator, especially for tours involving third-party partners.

I am so glad I got a refund. When going to Canp Nou, we were turned away. I guess we had to go 30 minutes outside of the area to even find the pickup for the pickup. I do not understand how they thought thid would be convenient, but it was not. I would buy tickets at the stadium instead. They also make the intructions very confusing and gave no message regarding the pickup day of or the day before.

Warning: This experience does not tell you that you have to travel to a completely separate area of the city to pick up tickets for the Barça museum, when ALL you have to do is just go directly to the Barça museum and buy your tickets there. Would not recommend, it’s paying a third party for tickets you can buy yourself without unnecessary travel.

This tour is not as advertised. It does not include a tour of Camp Nou. It is closed. You’re also required to travel 30 minutes outside of town to pick up physical tickets, which is not clear in the description.

In your advertisement doesn't explain that after you purchase the tickets you gave to go and pick tickets far away. Tickets are more cheaper in camp nou. I ended buying tickets twice. I was ripped off from your website. It's better to buy in camp nou

Julia travels asked to come to a meeting place that is far from the camp nou museum to get the physical tickets. They said they cannot give the digital tickets. I spent $20 from my hotel to the meeting place to get the physical tickets and then $20 again to go to camp nou fc Barcelona museum from the Julia travels meeting place. I spent more on collecting this tickets/taxi rides than the entry fee. I feel cheated. I will not recommend buying from here at all. Go directly to camp nou fc Barcelona museum and they sell the tickets so much cheaper than what they offer here.
