Easy and so helpful. The Driver was very polite and helped us with our bags to the hotel. Made arriving to Barcelona stress free.

Good communication and fast service. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. We had requested a baby car seat, but the company didn't provide one. The car seat was a main reason for booking this service, so it was disappointing this wasn't provided.
We were picked up on time. The ride was not out of the ordinary. We were dropped off at the front of the airline gate terminal. The driver helped up load and unload the heavy luggages to and from the van. Excellent job.
Flight delayed a day and when we arrived, our baggage was slow to come out. Never an issue. They did an amazing job and were always accommodating.
All the information viator requested at time of booking was provided. Driver contacted me during the week to verify flight date and time of which I provided and driver did not show up. I messaged the driver through the app as I had no phone number in the system to call the driver. I had to take a taxi from the airport in Barcelona to the hotel. I sent several messages to viator requesting a refund as the driver never showed up, they denied my initial request as well as a secondary request which they said they did a secondary review and filed in favor of the driver which makes no sense as they never contacted me nor showed up. I filed a dispute through my credit card and then I get an email from viator asking why I submitted chargeback. Viator has failed to provide justification for why this charge is valid. I waited to do this review to see if viator and the driver would correct this issue and since they have not, this is my review. Do not book this driver or anything with viator as they are not willing to do right by customers.

Hello, sorry this information does not belong with us, the driver waited for 2.5 hours since the plane landed, normally only one hour is included but the driver waited anyway. He called you 10 times and send you different messages and never got an answer. The driver could not wait the whole day at the airport without any information from you. If you have told us you needed extra time, the driver would have waited for you.. Viator asked us about proof of this phone calls and messages, we provided all the information..
Our driver Carlos was terrific! He reached out by text and phone to help us locate him with ease. Our party of 4 was quickly and safely transported from our cruise ship to Barcelona Airport in a luxury vehicle in spotless condition. Carlos shared his tremendous insights of points of interest along our route. A great treat! Would heartily recommend!!
They contacted me asking what time to be picked up from our hotel. I responded and never heard back. The day to be picked up, we waited 20 minutes past our requested time before catching a taxi to the airport. Taxi was much cheaper and arrived fast.
Smooth pickup. Driver was waiting for us when we got there. Very friendly and helped us with the luggage.
The pickup was great. Needed to reach out to them several times as flights were delayed, then was putting on a different flight and then luggage was lost and had to be reported. They were very flexible and patient. They were wonderful.
On time, van was detailed and clean, driver courteous and we made good time to airport.. plenty of room for luggage…worry free!!!

Even though our flight was delayed and our group walked at a slower pace, our driver was ready and waiting. The ride was smooth and peaceful, that was the good part.
The down side is when we originally booked, we entered our information for a 2nd trip but was surprised to see that the booking did not go through. The site was very misleading in that way. With 12 people in our entire group you can imagine people were disappointed to find their 2nd booking was not booked but the site takes the information like its booking it for you.

When you read the information about the product, it says that is a one way only trip, but I will speak with Viator in order to make it even more clear.
Very organized business; helpful on the phone; courteous and professional driver. Would use this service again.
Driver arrived on time and messaged us. He waited for us for an hour as it was very chaotic and disorganized at the Barcelona airport arrival. Appreciate that he waited for an hour.
Our group of six used this company twice. First, we were picked up promptly at the airport where they were waiting for us & transported to our hotel. Second, we used this company to pick us up at the Barcelona cruise terminal to bring us back to the airport. Both times they were on time & extremely reliable. The van was clean & looked just like the picture.
We were picked up promptly even though our flight was delayed. The vehicle was clean and in excellent condition. The driver was courteous.

Driver was prompt and waiting when we got off the plane. He was able to get all of our luggage in the vehicle and it was a very comfortable ride.
