Good communication. On arrival pick up was on time and very convenient. Hassan the taxi owner was very helpful, and informative. Suggested a few tourist places to visit. Would definitely recommend using the service.

Our driver was exceptional. Our flight was delayed 3 hours and he was still there to meet us at the airport. He was very friendly and an excellent driver.

Our flight was a few minutes late and then our luggage was not delivered to the carousel for nearly an hour due to a strike. The driver communicated with us and waited for us, then provided a pleasant drive to our hotel. We appreciated that.

Our flight was delayed, causing us to miss our taxi. The driver attempted to contact us, thank you. Unfortunately we did not have internet access in the airport, probably due to inexperience on our end. Ultimately we missed our prearranged ride and had to hire a taxi. The customs delay at the airport was very long. This was unexpected and contributed to missing our ride. In hindsight, we should’ve have attempted to schedule a ride.

The communication is amazing and as my flight was delayed and then ultimately cancelled they offered full refund and then gave me info if I make it to book through them!! I normally have great experiences with my bookings, but unfortunately this one was disappointing.
My transfer was not waiting for me at the airport lobby, and was delayed by 17 minutes, and instead of the private vehicle I had booked, they sent a taxi. The driver was polite and professional, but this was not the service that was advertised or that I paid for. If I had wanted to wait for a regular taxi, I could have easily taken one from the airport.
To make matters worse, the taxi meter was running during the ride. I paid $95 for the transfer, while the meter showed only $35. I specifically booked this service because I expected the same private experience I’ve always received, and this fell well short of those expectations.
