The walking tour was fantastic. It covered the most important central scenes in the old town. Robert, our tour guide, exuded a gracious comedic streak that was enjoyable and made the historical pieces of the tour an absolute delight. I highly recommend it.

These people are the best and so kind. The communication is amazing and as my flight was delayed and then ultimately cancelled they offered full refund and then gave me info if I make it to book through them!! I cannot express how easy they have made this process and the communication impeccable. I hope to see them soon as these people especially Mohsan!

I normally have great experiences with my bookings, but unfortunately this one was disappointing.
My transfer was not waiting for me at the airport lobby, and was delayed by 17 minutes, and instead of the private vehicle I had booked, they sent a taxi. The driver was polite and professional, but this was not the service that was advertised or that I paid for. If I had wanted to wait for a regular taxi, I could have easily taken one from the airport.
To make matters worse, the taxi meter was running during the ride. I paid $95 for the transfer, while the meter showed only $35. I specifically booked this service because I expected the same private experience I’ve always received, and this fell well short of those expectations.

It took 2 hours to move through immigration. The driver had arrived early and was very flexible in accounting for this unforeseen delay at immigration.

Very convenient, driver proactively reached out by WhatsApp when we arrived at the airport. He waited patiently as we suffered through the chaotic immigration process, and dropped at us our hotel quickly while providing some commentary on the city and spoke great English. Using this service demonstrated that a similar transfer service can be booked cheaper by going directly through the taxi service (which we did for our subsequent transfer), but for coming off the plane and not being familiar with the area, this was a great known good option.

I can’t comment on the experience because I never got it….no instructions were provided prior to arriving at the airport in Barcelona. I didn’t know what to look for or where to go. Looked around the area with people holding signs and didn’t see my name. Ended up taking a taxi. 20 minutes into my cab ride my driver texted me asking where I was. Very poor communication.
