Although our driver was great, this was no more than your standard airport, yellow taxi service, contrary to the picture and description on your website. We could’ve probably just as easy, walked out of the airport and flagged one of the cab drivers.

They don’t show up when they are supposed to and it’s difficult to get hold of them.we waited an hour and a half and had some much trouble finding them. They should have been there waiting for us.

Our driver was about 45 minutes late picking us up. He then walked us out to a regular taxi van. When I have done private transfers in the past they are usually nicer than regular taxis. The worst part was waiting on him gettIng our trip off to a bad start especially after arriving on a late flight.

I missed my connecting flight to Barcelona due to late departure of my flight from Australia, which meant I also missed the originally booked and pre-paid airport pick up. However, even though the booking conditions did not allow for changes less than 24 hours in advance, I was very relieved and happy to get a message from my driver Malick after arriving at Barcelona airport around midnight letting me know he had arrived and was waiting. He was warm and happy to have a chat on the way to my hotel and went out of his way to make me comfortable after an almost 40 hour journey. Highly recommended.

If you have flight delays, use WhatsApp to contact driver directly. We messaged through Viator and it didn't get to driver on time. Got a little confused due to delays, but we only waited 15 minutes. Driver was great!

The driver was 25 minutes late. We had to chat and they sent a taxi deiver. Obviously there was a problem with the first driver. The driver who arrived was very professionsl. Too bad they didnt send him the first time.

Looking at the pictures, it did not show a standard Taxi and any of the pictures. It showed black SUVs or vans. This is just a Taxi that is pre-rescheduled. Don’t be fooled that it is anything but a Taxi. It was a convenient ride, but it was not what we were planning on for a honeymoon transportation from the airport. Just be aware it is only a taxi.
