Terrible driver - should be fired!

We had an absolutely miserable experience. Our driver today had our flight informtion and still dropped us off at the wrong terminal. After searching for our airline we were told that ryan air was in terminal 2. We called ou driver and he said he would pick us up if we send him our location which we did. He said wait so we waited and then we texted him and asked how long he would be. He said we would have to take a shuttle that he was already in the city. He was a complete jerk and that is being nice!

I would have rated 5 stars if my driver from the airport to hotel was more attentive. I had to ask him to take my luggage to the car & he left me on the sidewalk rather than bring my bags in. Driver to the airport was great! Came into the hotel to take my bags & walked me to the entrance.

Driver was professional. Arrived early for return to airport. Great experience both trips. A great way to plan transfers having round trip instead of having to book each way. I feel Viator should have airport transfers as a separate category in its filter.

I am a travel agency owner and I was very impressed with our private transfer service. Waseem was our driver and he called me while we were waiting in customs/immigration in Barcelona to check on us! It was such a comfort to have a connection to someone after a long flight. He was very courteous and had great insight and info about Barcelona. I have no problem using him and his company for future bookings for my clients!
