- Each traveler is allowed two (2) pieces of luggage equivalent to standard airline allowances and one (1) piece of hand luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- All vehicles have seat belts. If traveling with infants, it is recommend that you bring your child's car seat with you when you travel

Do not book this company , there were over 20 mins late to pick me up and didn't communicate this with me, I tried to contact them and they did not respond which as this is an airport transfer both led to a lot of stress and the concierge advising I get a taxi as they had left pickup far too late to arrive in time at the airport , as he has more local knowledge than I do I took this advice , I ended up paying for a transfer ( as they have at no point offered a refund even though I did not use the service ) and the taxi also which was $90 , I have raised this with them with just a response telling me that the driver did arrive late and I had left the hotel , which is what I had already told them , customer service is terrible and I am now really out of pocket so should have just got a taxi / Uber in the first place. Absolute waste of money and additional stress that I didn't need before a long flight

Shuttle arrived right on scheduled time. Never seen this before. They pull a small enclosed trailer where they put your luggage instead of cramming it in the back of the van. That was nice.

This is a great carrier, that you should seriously consider. Our driver picked up passengers at three different locations, and then carefully dropped us off at the appropriate terminal at the airport.

It's nice to find a company that cares for it's customers not just the money. I had scheduled my pickup at 8 and listed my flight number. That evening I received a call stating the flight i listed left at 2. They assisted me with rescheduling my trip into the airport. I could have missed my flight without their call.

We wait for more than 2 hrs at the Auckland international airport because there was no clear instructions on where to wait for the shuttle and what was the sign on the shuttle. I had make sure multiple calls to get the accurate information.

Shuttle never showed up or repsonded to my inquiries as to where my shuttle was so ended up having to take Uber and fight to get refunded for the prepaid shuttle.
