We had a perfect experience with Sanjeev and our transportation to and from Hobbiton. Communication with him was clear and easy. We arrived to Hobbiton ahead of schedule and were able to get on an earlier tour. The van was clean and comfortable, and Sanjeev was pleasant, friendly, and a safe driver. After a week of driving ourselves elsewhere in New Zealand, it was nice to leave the driving to a professional and relax for the day. Highly recommend this company for transportation needs in Auckland!

Great experience! Sanjeev was an excellent driver, and very informative about New Zealand. He got us to Hobbiton early and was patient in waiting for us after our tour ended and we went back into the gift shop. He kept us updated, let us know what vehicle to expect, and was generally pleasant all around. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Friendly and efficient driver (Sanjeev) picked us up outside the cruise ship and drove us to Hobbiton. On the road he pointed out interesting landmarks and told us a lot about New Zealand in casual conversation. Clean car. Buy your Hobbiton tour tickets first and he will advise regarding pickup time.

Sanjeev is great! He was communicative throughout booking process, was on time on the day of (and even brought us water bottles for the drive), and catered to on-demand toilet breaks during the drive to and from Hobbiton (we had 3 kids in the car). Vehicle used was not new but clean and drove well.

Isn't a tour is a private driver

Great place to visit but this wasn't a tour. They should not advertise it as one , is a private drive to Hobbiton , and then you have to purchase your tour tickets there and do the tour.

My apologies for your misunderstanding. It’s clearly stated that it’s a private and exclusive transport to and from Hobbiton and you have to purchase your Hobbiton entry tickets separately to do the movie set tour.
