Everything went smoothly. After customs just walk outside following the sign "Supershuttle". They sent a msg asking to confirm I am out of customs and they were waiting there. Several ppl joined on the same shuttle. Everything went well. Good price.

Outstanding service! I did not see the email that requested that I text the tour operator when we cleared customs. The tour operator was still there waiting for us, which we really appreciated, even though we were delayed going through customs! It was very quick, easy and most of all convenient to have our transportation already waiting for us outside the airport. We would highly recommend this tour operator. There was enough room for our family of 4 adults and all our suitcases and backpacks.

Many thanks as I was late coming out of the terminal and missed my booking . When I finally got to the pickup point the shuttle had left. There was another driver there who was going in a different direction but he rang thru to ensure someone would collect me as it was late at night .

This is a great service. It's a couple of hundred yards from the terminal and then door-to-door to the hotel. The driver was very helpful with our luggage and did an excellent job bringing us to our place.

P/u point is a bit of a hike, and we would have had a problem finding it if the driver hadn't texted us while we were getting baggage to say "go to the far left" gate 11 (we came out at the left "end" which was gate 8, so we had to figure it out. Driver did connect with us while we were going through customs/baggage, etc and that was very helpful.

Was somewhat lead to believe this would be a private transport but it was not, we were in a van with 5 other groups. It was also extremely difficult to find out of the airport and the van almost drove off without us. For same price as an Uber I will definitely book an Uber next time. Don’t recommend.
