George was really good company on the run. It is run at your pace and he adds in description about where you are and a couple of things of interest, but doesn't force conversation as he knows some people just like to enjoy the run. And i ran around the olympic stadium, which was great! Its difficult to see new places and run while not getting lost, so having someone take you on a run around their local neighbourhood is a nice way to do it. Highly recommend for any runner!
