What a fantastic way to spend an hour! Nina was so friendly and knowledgeable and we learnt so much and generally had a wonderful time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this experience to others!

Hello again. I have answered on another platform and directly to you as well. We are really sorry for the inconvenience. It's a Greek extra bank holiday for the stores and the system was not upadted. We have refunded you.

Arrived at 0915 for my 0930 visit, the Distillery did not open, left at 1000. Very disappointed. Not happy with the minimum characters, nothing more to say

Hello Wiliam, I am really sorry for your disappointment and you are absolutely wright that we did not open the store on time. I sent an apologise note thgrough viator for our late opening and explained the situtation and offered that you can come any time you want that day or the next day and if you could not you request for a refund. That day I came urgently to open the store as nina due to health problems could not. But as luck is not always at our side I faced a flat tire and I came late. once again I apologise for the inconvenience.

This establishment has such a rich history and justified family pride that it was a pleasure to learn about. I thoroughly enjoyed talking and laughing with Nina. The product line is top-notch, and I look forward to savoring my purchases at home. The next time I visit Athens, Polykala is on my list.
