Please note that there is a possibility that there will be many people waiting for their own friends or relatives and there could also be employees of other transfer companies waiting for their clients. Therefore, please do not go away from the hall if you do not immediately notice anyone holding a sign with your name on it. Instead please look again carefully round and you will eventually notice our driver holding the sign with your name on it. If you have any problems please call me at +30 6944 44 28 56. *If your aircraft/cruise ship/ferry company makes an itinerary change and you arrive at a different time than the one originally scheduled, please do not assume that your transfer has been cancelled. Driver waiting with sign where we expected him to be upon exiting baggage pickup at airport. Car was very clean and invited bottled water. Ride to hotel took 45 minutes so asking the way, driver engaged with us in a very low key manner, sharing details with us about Athens and Greece, politics, history and economics. I got the impression the driver would've been more reserved had we not initiated discussion. Very polite and comfortable conversation made the 45 minutes enjoyable and a good orientation to the city.
