Disappointing

Hi we went on the tulip canal cruise a few days ago. It seems that you took more passengers than was suggested on your page and reduced the number of tulips on the boat. There were more than 20 pax on the boat today and we were expecting not more than 10 pax. The number of tulips was drastically reduced and the boat was too crowded. We booked this cruise for the intimate experience of just few passengers. this was not what we expected. Images do not reflect the actual experience. Also there was some issue with the boat at some point and the driver told us if this continues he will have to drop us on the side of the canal. I would like to demand a partial refund

No tulip boat in canal! TERRIBLE

Booked this experience paid a lot of money and when we got to departure spot were told there isn’t a tulip boat tour in winter. The tulips are artificial so why would they be offering it for purchase and it doesn’t exist. Tried to contact Viator and have not been able to. I wrote through WhatsApp as they recommend for customer service and no answer. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

Amazing Tulips River Tour

Best for an intimate ride with a small amount of people. The tulips for pictures were great! Our tour guide was so nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable as well. We learned quite a bit. Would 100% recommend!

Loved this tour! Perfect way to experience the beautiful Amsterdam canals. Our tour guide was great…so knowledgeable and friendly. And the boat was adorned with tulips which really brightened the experience. Highly recommend!
