Tour operator cancelled the trip last minute

Cancelled my booking 22.03hrs the night before I was due to go on trip. Didn't see the email unable I had been waiting 45 minutes to be picked up. Had messaged them whilst waiting and received no response

Dear Karen The Policy of the kayak tours are: - Weather and Sea Conditions. (We have the right to cancel the tours if the Sea Conditions or Weather are not apropriate. Safety comes first. - Minimum number of participants not reached. Like you said: the tour was cancelled the night before, and you were noticies by e-mail. If you dont read your emails you cant hold that against us! Enjoy your holidays
