Bring 150€ cash or card deposit for EACH buggy. (Refundable at the end of the tour).
Weight limit per Buggy is 250 kg.
This is a slow-speed sightseeing tour. Dangerous driving behavior is not tolerated.

The experience was totally worth it. Drive through a range of roads, (normal roads, off road, through water. At the halfway mark, you sightsee a medieval castle, then drive back. The staff are friendly and supportive! Be prepared to get very dusty! Haha

Ne recommande pas, prenez une autre agence. A fuir. En vacances quelques jours à albufeira, le 12/11/22 je décide de réserver un buggy pour 2 en dernière minute, réservation faite à 13h27 pour une activité à 15h00 ou on nous demande d'être présent 30 minutes en avance. A 14h20 nous étions déjà présents, attente devant le portail jusqu'à 14h50 avant qu'un homme ne vienne nous ouvrir, c'est à se demander s'il m'a même dit bonjour, je commence à remplir le formulaire pour la conduite du buggy je remplis toutes les informations je date et je signe, il me demande mon permis de conduire que je n'ai pas sur moi étant donné que je n'ai pas loué de voiture de location et n'en avais pas l'intention je n'ai pas jugé utile de partir en vacances avec mon permis. Permis que j'avais dans mon téléphone portable recto verso celui-ci refuse catégoriquement, j'ai beaucoup voyagé je n'ai jamais vu ça, et combien même une exception aurait pu être faite. Je demande donc au monsieur d'annuler afin de ne pas me faire débiter pour une activité que je n'ai pu faire. Nonchalant il répond à peine, je laisse un message sur viator a cette agence a 15h07 donc pour avoir une trace écrite, aucune réponse de leur part. Facturé de 70€ pour rien. Je demande donc bien évidemment le remboursement intégral de cette somme. Accueil, amabilité, dialogue, discernement Zéro.

Merci d'avoir laissé votre avis. Il est explicitement écrit avant la réservation que vous devez vous munir de votre permis de conduire. C'est une exigence de la loi. Après la réservation, on vous rappelle également d'apporter votre permis de conduire et on vous dit que si vous ne l'apportez pas, vous ne participerez pas.
