It was an amazing experience!! Would highly recommend. Very friendly staff!! The best part was going out in the sea and moving between the waves. The staff was very professional and helpful. Ofcourse the dolphins were beautiful.

awful experience 2 hrs of absolute hell should never have went out with the weather conditions didn’t get anywhere near caves just 2 hrs of th boat pounding into water. girls at desk suggested we go buy a jacket so spent money doing that and then was offered free jacket on boat. we got absolutely drenched AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! we should have been offered a refund just got lots of apologises from crew who were lovely but again that boat trip should never have taken place when weather was so rough! still traumatised 2 days later

There is no guarantee seeing Dolphin but the whole experience was worthwhile the crew were very knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful

The guide is knowledgeable and very funny, the captain was very skilled and was able to bring us close to everything we wanted to see. The whole team made it a very memorable and enjoyable experience for all the passengers.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. My mom is moving slow and for her hard to move but the guys were very nice. Unfortunately we did not see any dolphins but the caves were beautiful.

Very fast boat, enough time to watch the dolphins and explore the caves and the coast. The guide had just enough explanations, but the music was a bit too loud.

Very well organised. Reception was very friendly and professional.
Catamaran was very clean and comfortable and very well skippered.
Both crew were friendly and helpful and the descriptive narrative from them was most informative and helpful.
Unfortunate that we saw no dolphins on this trip but the captain did his best and, apparently was in regular contact with other boats/ships in the area for information sharing. And, after all, the ocean's a big place and dolphins in the wild can be anywhere!

Visited Benagil cave and other caves in the coastline. Guide Lucas was great. He explained about attractions with little humour.
Although we couldn’t see any Dolphin due to the bad weather and sea but rest of the trip was good.

It get‘s cold in Winter when the boat speeds up … so pick some warm clothes. The Trip is beautiful and wie saw a lot of Dolphins.

Best experience ever. The caves were amazing. Seeing the dolphins was on the bucket list. We were so lucky to see them. Especially the mums and babies. The staff were very informative ,helpful and funny. Very good explanation of the caves. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Staff were helpful and shared their knowledge of the area and marine life, my daughter and I throughly enjoyed the dolphin watching and viewing the coastline and caves up close. Good size of boat, limited amount of people onboard. Overall, excellent trip from start to finish, would highly recommend using this tour group.

We booked this for a group of friends. First the positives. The staff were friendly and professional. Didn't tell us much about the caves but had a fact for each which was fine. We saw a pod of dolphins which was lovely.
The bad was that the music was so loud! I couldn't hear myself think and it wasn't at all in line with a nice relaxing experience. Far too loud and a very odd choice of music. I would recommend that you take a jacket or coat as we were FREEZING sitting towards the rear of the boat and got splashed a lot! Overall I think there are probably better options for a boat trip.

This tour takes you to see the amazing coastline of Albulfiera. Take a wrap one/or jacket as the temperature on the open-air boat will drop as the tour progresses. The driver was amazing at maneuvering the boat.
The size of the boat prevented the craft from entering the caves very deeply, but the views were still spectacular.
The guide could have used a microphone or some type of system to talk to passengers. We were seated near the back of the boat and never heard any of his commentary. He did come to our area several times and personally explain, however, he was difficult to understand Sadly we weren’t able to see dolphins on our trip out.

Terrifying expierence, every person on that boat was terrified, throwing up and literally scared.
They took us out to sea on the boat in the worst conditions. Elderly people and young children terrified.
One possitive we seen dolphins but not the cave as the conditions were that bad, which was a god send as everybody just wanted to get of the boat on one piece.

Came across a very large group of dolphins that swam alongside and around the boat and made the trip, didn’t go inside the benagli cave itself due to high waves but the tour along the coastline was nice and the guides explained all the features and key points along the coastline. The boat we went in was comfortable with every being seated in padded race like seats which were very comfortable.

We were a group of 12 adults. Although not guaranteed , We saw some dolphins on the trip. 2.5 hours went quickly. Back seat passengers got a little bit wet but all good fun

Beautiful boat ride (very smooth, not bad at all for people who usually get seasick). Saw many dolphins and several beautiful caves including the infamous Bengali cave. You don’t get out of the boat to walk the beaches at the caves but they did offer the option for swimming to whoever wanted. They also sell drinks on board!

nice views on the coast line - very professional team onboard & watched a school of dolphins - great tour!
One remark: it would be good if the team gives the instruction that photos or videos of other guests should be asked some tourists are unfortunately very unsensitive and do not respect privacy of other people!
