The experience was fine. The staff was AWFUL! I cannot describe how unfriendly and unprofessional the staff was. The girl, Carolina, was very unkind. If I could leave zero stars, I would. It doesn’t matter how much fun I had with my friends, her attitude. They were rude to the other English speaking guests aside from the 3 in my group. The guide told us that in Portugal the people are polite then proceed to talk my friend to, “SHUT UP” when he wasn’t even talking. They both really set the tone for the adventure.
Great experience! Ran on time and was an enjoyable quad ride. Only caveat, there’s a lot of dust so be prepared or bring a balaclava
