      Don’t book with this Company!!

      Sandra_A, Sept 2026
This tour has been a total nightmare! Do not book it unless you like wasting money, time and getting aggravated. You don’t receive your Alcatraz tickets until the evening before. The cable car pass is sent in the middle of the night so you are up trying to figure out how to log in on the app you have to download first. Only to figure out the tickets won’t load! You can’t do anything until it’s closer so you miss your Alcatraz appointment time. No word from the tour company. I’ve called left messages and numerous texts for help. Nothing!
