You can take some nice pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz…. Great views of town. Nice and friendly crew. Make sure to wear a light jacket, since gets really windy and can be a little chilly.

Our boat cruise experience was amazing! The staff were so helpful, kind and accommodating, especially since we had our elderly mother with us on a wheelchair. They went above and beyond to help wheel her on and off the boat. Making sure she was comfortable and safe throughout the experience. We are truly grateful to the staff for their kindness and excellent service. Highly recommended!
Very windy, definitely wear a sweater/hoodie because it can get cold. If you are sitting on the top deck, the wind can hurt your ears if you are sensitive.
Easy process to register for this tour and no problem using the e ticket from online purchase. Make sure to download the ticket pdf after purchase for multiple tickets codes. The tour was on time and took us under the Golden Gate bridge before turning around. A lot of photo opportunities. It was also sunny, chilly and windy. So, be prepared for weather changes and wear a hoodie to prevent your cap from being blown awsy! Highly recommend this fun trip.

The weather was disappointing. Took the cruise for the sole purpose of seeing the golden gate bridge. So much fog that we could not even see the bridge at all, even when we were directly under it. Otherwise it would have been wonderful.

Delivered exactly as I hoped for. Great view of Golden Gate and Alcatraz...the "dark" side you can't usually see from shore. Bring a light jacket and hold on to your hats if you're up top.

An awesome trip around Alcatraz and cruising under the Golden Gate Bridge. We enjoyed seeing the Pier 39 seals from the view of the boat. Also liked the information and stories as we passed by landmarks.

Great experience. Price was good. Easy to book and the guides were knowledgable and friendly. Weather was nice and the scenes were amazing. We were able to get some beautiful pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and the seals sunbathing on the docks. The historic buildings and shoreline views were also great to see.

The vessel was clean, the crew was friendly, the announcement was clear and informative. Able to see the Golden Gate Bridge, pass by Alcatraz, and see some seals.

You should be aware that, if injured on the boat, the captain and crew will get you back to dock immediately to get you medical assistance...
However you will need to reschedule or get refunded your costs. The cruise company cannot refund money paid thru third party company like Viator.
But the short amount of cruise we did see was Awesome

Hi Kevin, it is protocol to assist the injured passenger. This is a place to review us, Blue & Gold Fleet. We were offering rescheduling options to guests getting off the boat. But yes, you will have to go back to where you purchased the ticket as they have all of your payment information. We can confirm that this cruise was cancelled due to a medical emergency.
The tour was cancelled due to an injury, I contacted Viator per the tour company for a refund, I am still waiting for a response.

Wear a jacket. It gets chilly. Set at the front on the top level for the best view. Steps are steep.

I was running late due to the sf traffic and I message the company and they changed my ticket for the next boat ride. The boat ride was perfect. Not too long and not too short. Great activity for the family!

Boring. You can see Alcatraz and Bridge from the land. You can see sea lions from the Pier 39. I couldn’t book full Alcatraz tour this same day, so decided to go to this. I’d better just walk around. But if you haven’t ever been on a boat than sure, take it

Arrived on time and everything was as advertised. The explanation recording played during the trip was very informative and very well timed so you can enjoy the scenery as it is being explained. Clean toilets. I dis not use the cafe inside the ship.

It’s very crowded. Although people were asked not to stand unless they needed to go somewhere else on the boat they lined up on the rails and if you tried to stay seated you couldn’t watch for any dolphins or see much at all. A bit disappointing. You also couldn’t hear a word that was said over the speaker system so that sucked. I wanted to hear any history they were sharing.
