Fun Pasta Making Class! Highly Recommended for Florence
My wife and I loved the cooking class! We had a very fun experience and our chef was friendly & entertaining. The setting was in a cool bricked-laden back room area and it felt like a more relaxing experience with the other folks we did the class with. We also got to eat all the pasta at the end too. Huge value for the price and we highly recommend it.

The Wine Safari was great...
The Wine Safari was great and well worth the day spent in the Tuscany region - first at the Poggio Torselli vineyards with a tour of the wine-making and beautiful Villa plus a tasting and then for a long lunch and more tasting at a nearby (and off-road) wine curator shop. Our guide at the 600 year-old vineyards was of course named Leonardo and provided a great tour and insights of the vineyward plus a cool story about the new owner who came back to Italy a few years ago to focous the vineyard on highlest quality wine-making. Why was it a "Safari"? ... the off-road trek to the second location for lunch was off the paved roads ... but not too bumpy and the beauty of the Tuscaan countryside takes your mind off of any bumps in the road.

Surprising Must Do Experience in Florence
This was an amazing relaxing afternoon away from the noise and crowds in Florence and definitely a recommend. We took a short bus ride outside the city and we welcomed by 3 amazing chefs with so much personality. We learned how to make multiple flavors of authentic gelato and while it froze we learned how to make authentic pizza. It was a bit chilly as the pizza making experience was outdoors (bring a jacket!) but the fresh air overlooking the olive trees in Tuscany was simply too beautiful to pass up so I am glad we were outside. We enjoyed a local Chianti wine as well. Our 3 chefs Chris, Titziano, Luvik (sorry on name spelling guys…) made the experience great fun and entertaining, singing and making jokes even as some of our group were a bit stiff. My husband couldn’t believe how much fun it ended up being.

Wonderful
Alice guided us on an incredible trip through the streets of Florence, exploring the less touristy and more picturesque side. The places we visited were all wonderful and we were received as if we were part of the family. Alice was absolutely wonderful with her contagious energy. Thank you very much for this lovely visit that I will keep in my heart forever!

All stone villages, olive groves, and cypress trees dotted around rolling green hills: Tuscany is where all your Italian countryside dreams come true. And when it comes to its cities, Florence, Siena, and Pisa have enough Renaissance architecture to make your Italian urban dreams come true, too. The best way to discover the region’s history, countryside, and cuisine is with a guide—and there’s no shortage of Tuscany tours to help. Go wine tasting in Chianti, get the lowdown on the art in Florence’s Uffizi Gallery, visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa, see the best of Siena on foot, and more.
