We took the tour to Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake, and it was simply unforgettable! The scenery is breathtaking and the itinerary is very well-balanced, but the highlight of our trip was, without a doubt, our guide, Roger. He deserves special recognition for being extremely organized and competent, taking care of every single detail so that everything went perfectly and stress-free. On top of his outstanding professionalism, Roger is incredibly fun, which made the journey lighthearted, full of good laughs and packed with fascinating facts about the region. Niagra Falls experience

The Niagra Falls day trip with boat ride was exceptional. Our hosts Sameer and Alex were very entertaining and had great humour and patience throughout the day curating and commentating on the sights and history of the region. Will remain in our memories for a long time how incredible the tour was and seeing the falls up and close. Alex was a wonderful guide with her impressive multilingual repoire with passengers from many countries on the day. Great bus day trip to Niagara

My wife and I thought a day outing by bus from Toronto would be the best hassle free way to do it. We were right. We were aboard the bus outside Ripley’s Aquarium at 8am. Our driver/guide Miki was terrific. He seemed to know a lot about everything we passed on our journey of over 2 hours to Niagara, where we would be spending 3 hours. We stopped for maple syrup tasting and a bit of shop browsing, had a photo stop for a dam and hydro electric works, and again for the floral clock before finally reaching Niagara. We had booked to go on the boat to the falls. Miki sorted the tickets out for us and advised us to do that first before taking in the other sights. We wore waterproof jackets and trousers for the boat trip, with the plastic poncho’s provided on top. That was the right move because everyone on the top deck was thoroughly drenched. You can stay behind glass on the lower deck if you don’t want to get wet. The sheer noise, wind, and spray from the Canadian horseshoe falls in particular is incredible. After the boat trip, we had a cheap and cheerful lunch, although Miki had recommended a number of better places to eat if we wanted to walk up the hill through the LA or Blackpool like amusements, sideshows, and ghost houses. On the bus trip back we were provided with bottles of water and allowed to sit back and enjoy the journey. This was a fantastic day trip and well worth the money. Great without the hassle, and with a top driver/guide. Highly recommended.

A memorable day

A wonderful experience! The tour went exactly as planned. Glen, our driver, guide, and point of support throughout the trip, was absolutely fantastic. He kept us entertained along the way with interesting explanations about the area and fascinating anecdotes. He was always punctual, helpful, and professional. The boat trips that took us right up close to the waterfalls were a truly unique and unforgettable experience. An excellent tour that I would highly recommend to everyone!

Great Toronto overview

Our guide, Caesar, picked us up at our hotel and drove us to the various sites. He was very personable and was able to tailor his comments to align with our interests, making recommendations along the way. We learned a lot and were able to experience the highlights of Toronto in about 4 1/2 hours. I would recommend this tour for anyone interested in seeing Toronto in a single day.

A great afternoon at Niagara

The experience was well organised and very prompt. Our guide Alisha was very helpful and so positive that the day was fun. We completed Skylon which gave great views of the area and then walked to the behind the falls experience that was incredible. The mist was very heavy but added to the experience. Great gifts are found here at Roots. We then walked to the boat trip that enabled us to experience the force of the falls and yep we got very wet but loved every minute of it. There is a lot of walking that may not be good for everyone but for us it wasn’t a problem. The little tree stop to meet Maddison the squirrel was an added Alisha touch ❤️. We fully recommend this tour.

Great trip

Our tour guide was Garry and he was great. We paid extra for the Sheraton hotel lunch buffet and he made sure we had the best seats/ view in the place. He was punctual and informative. The falls were amazing. Be prepared to get soaked on the boat ride. They give you rain ponchos which will cover everything except your lower legs and feet. The trip was LONG. Prepare for a 2.5 hour drive there and back. Traffic in Toronto is no joke.

Niagara Falls boat tour and Winery

This was my favorite tour! David provided historical commentary and was funny. Don did a great job driving us to Niagara Falls and to a winery. The winery had a great tasting room with ice wine. Then the tour continues to Niagara on the lake. This is a quaint town with lovely homes and local shops selling local products. I especially enjoyed the ice cream shop and the lavender shop!

Fab Niagara Falls trip

Great trip with unexpected bonus of the visit to the beautiful Niagara on the lake and drive through wine country. The early start meant we were straight on the boat at the falls leaving plenty of time to explore afterwards. Luis the guide was knowledgeable. Lisa was a safe driver.
