Our tour guide Heather was amazing. The tour was everything we could have hoped for! Heather gave us great information and kept the day running smoothly. Both lakes were breathtakingly beautiful. I’m glad we did a tour rather than trying to navigate the roads and parking etc on our own.

Avoid peak times

We went at a very busy time (5:30p on a Saturday…) so lines were long. Staff were very friendly. Could go at 7 and get a sunset experience that would see fewer crowds. We enjoyed a cocktail up at sky bistro. We did the whole walk way and enjoyed all the views. Reserve a table at sky bistro well in advance (probably a month in advance) it will be worth it.

A memorable Banff adventure!

Our Banff tour was an overall 9 out of 10 experience! The trip was well-organized, enjoyable, and a wonderful way to experience the breathtaking scenery of Banff. Our tour guide, Ahmed, was informative, friendly, and attentive throughout the trip. He made sure everyone was comfortable, well-informed, and taken care of. His knowledge and genuine care for the group made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a memorable trip, and I would definitely recommend this tour to others visiting Banff!

Beautiful scenery

We enjoyed the scenery at Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. It is worth noting that you need to take a tour to Lake Moraine, otherwise you need to walk and it is a loooong walk. Also, To get to the top you need to walk about 10 minutes up rocky stairs with no railings so if you are mobility challenged you should keep that in mind. The lakeside, however was flat and had a nice view as well. Our guides name was Lisa and she and our driver (Ken) picked us up in Calgary where she pointed out notable sights all the way to Banff where we picked up more passengers. She worked hard to get us to all of the stops at a particular time so we could see them at the best lighting and gave us history and anecdotes of the area. She also took pictures of us whenever we asked. She arranged for those who wanted to have lunch at the restaurant in Lake Louise to have their orders placed in advance and though we were supposed to have 45 minutes and she gave us an hour. The food was good but it was so packed it was still rushed. All in all a beautiful day with beautiful scenery and a lovely guide.

We had such a great day on this tour! The views at Lake Louise and Moraine Lake were absolutely beautiful. Everything was well organized and we had enough time to enjoy the places and take lots of photos. Our driver Emma was really nice, friendly and helpful. She drove very safely and made the whole trip feel comfortable and easy. She was also happy to help and answer our questions. We really enjoyed the whole day and were very happy with the tour. Definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Calgary, Canmore or Banff. Would 100% do it again! ❤️

Perfect!

Did in one day what would have taken days to do and see. As the trip is named Iconic was accurate. Breathtaking taking, insane views! Kieran was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to spend the day with. Small group for sure way to go. Parked or dropped off on front row of most places.

Highly recommend!

Easy drive from Banff. Wonderful, spectacular views. Loved the Minnewanka moment of silence. Tho would have like a bit more. We were lucky enough to hear a loon! Saw an eagle bur no other wildlife. Stopped at Two Jack and Johnson lakes driving back to banff. Matt and Vik did a great job. Thanks to Vik for suggesting sunshine gondola! We loved it.

We got to experience two of the great sights in Banff National Park. I preferred this option rather than the Parks Canada shuttle to know our schedule rather than hope for seats on an overcrowded bus. Our guide was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful tour...

We had a wonderful tour guide, Aissine. He was very knowledgeable and enjoyed his job. We were a group of about 16. A few of us had mobility issues and he went out of his way to lead us to areas where we could see everything. He took pictures of all of us. It was a long, exhausting day but a Wonderful experience.

Perfect Half Day Tour

I’ve always had a great experience with Viator, and this tour was no exception. Since we didn’t have much time, we chose the half-day tour to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, which was a perfect way to see both highlights.
