This was one of the best tours I’ve been on! Adam was fantastic and our driver, Raymond, got us there smoothly. Adam was very knowledgeable with the Toronto area as we were driving by. He was also very knowledgeable about the Falls. He provided plenty of recommendations, to do during the tour and Toronto as a whole. One of the most personable tour guides I’ve had in my life. It was a nice touch he had the bus sing happy birthday to our friend when he found out mid-trip it was my friend’s birthday.
If I were to do this again, I would skip the Behind the Falls walking tour. I thought we were actually going to be behind the falls but it was more-so an overcrowded tunnel with a fenced off opening at the end of the tunnel a few feet behind the falls for you to see the falls. It was nice to be on the observation deck right next to the falls though as Behind the Falls included that.
This tour gave us plenty of time to enjoy Niagara Falls and plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the evening in Toronto. We utilized Adam’s recommendations to plan the rest of our evening.

We had a great experience. The day was fun and easy. Kathy and Michael were friendly and helpful.
However, the food along the trip was just okay.
A nice trip to the Niagarafalls. Good guide but he played very loud music in the bus all the way to and back from the falls...

Full day trip. Enjoyed the driver, she was very knowledgeable. It was a rainy day, but seeing the falls from the Canadian side was spectacular.

Great experience, made it stress free being escorted with tickets already collected by Marion our tour rep. She was very knowledgeable and great fun too. Highly recommend queens tours for a smooth slick experience. Niagra was fantastic!

Overall a good trip. Pauli very friendly guide/driver. We included the boat and behind the falls. Both worth it if not been done before. Only awkward problem is making the pickup point. Took advice from locals on how long it would take, wrong. Allowed an extra 10 minutes. 20 would be more comfortable. All down to morning traffic.

We had a wonderful experience on our Niagara Falls tour! John was a great guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and very clear with his directions and instructions throughout the day. He made sure we knew exactly where to go, where to meet, and what to expect at each stop, which made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.
Niagara Falls was absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed the different activities and stops included in the tour. Everything was well organized, and we were able to enjoy the day without feeling confused or rushed.

It was well organized. The tour bus picked me up and dropped me off right in front of my hotel. It was perfectly on time. Our tour guide Glenn is very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. He went above and beyond to help me to secure both the tickets of boat ride and journey behind the falls at the last minute. I really enjoyed both experiences so much and had so much fun. Get some nice pictures with new friends I made in my tour group. Very memorable tour. Strongly recommended it if you come to visit Toronto! .

It was a very well organized trip and expirience! Us and our 11 year old son had great time and enjoyed the falls and all the activities, especially don’t miss the boat ride- it was the best!! Our pick up and drop off was very comfortable and right on time and the tour guide Marianne was very nice, funny and had a lot of interesting stories to tell us! Thank you!

I came to Toronto for a solo birthday trip and had the best day with “The Captain” and other guest!! I was able to do the boat tour and Journey Behind the Falls. If you have the chance to chance to visit Niagara Falls do it!!

Despite running into some mechanical issues with a broken down bus, Queen Tour got us back on track almost immediately (within about 10 minutes). Glen, our tour guide, was very nice, funny, communicative and prompt throughout the tour. Would definitely book through Queen Tour again.

Glen was our driver and guide for this day trip from Toronto. Everything went smoothly from pickup at the designated location to drop off and everything in between. What a fun and stress free way to enjoy Niagara Falls. We liked the freedom to go at our own pace at the stops. Blue Jay Jeff was incredible. He was so friendly and had great restaurant recommendations.

A great day trip away from Toronto guided by Cathie. The bus ride took about 1.5-2 hours and with a stop at the floral clock. The maple syrup and chocolate tasting was a nice stop. The Niagara falls boat tour was worth it if you've never been before. The journey behind the falls was neat for a different viewpoint but could take or leave this one. You just get to walk the tunnels behind the falls and you get to go to another observatory deck. I'd definitely recommend going on the boat and seeing the falls up close!

Great experience. Our guide Tracy was very friendly and informative. It is a long day and the bus trip back to Toronto does take time with traffic, but it is well worth it. I would recommend this tour as you get the full Niagara experience!

I like how Viator arrange our day, with a properly packed schedule. Although I would have liked to stop by the flower clock, and the butterfly hub to take some pictures

We had a great time with Queen Tours to see Niagara Falls from Toronto. Our guide, Cathie, gave lots of interesting info about Canada and the surrounding region. The pickup and dropoff was timely, and gave us flexibility to explore on our own.

We really enjoyed our trip to Niagara. We opted for the boat and behind the falls package, which was very good value. Marian was a great guide and was very informative.
The only issue is that I would have liked a little longer after the boat trip to have lunch and to explore the area.
I thoroughly recommend the tour!

It was a great trip! Our guide Steven was great! He gave us some fun facts about the city, recommendations, and kept everyone organized throughout the day.
The cruise option is completely necessary. It was so much fun and cool being close to the falls. I would stay journey behind the falls is not as necessary and skippable. Views from the top were just as amazing.
Overall, great tour! Highly recommend booking for an organized and chill Niagara Falls day.

We had a fantastic trip with Cari. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish and we were well looked after throughout. Was definitely worth paying for the hornblower and journey behind the falls. Both amazing experiences with added bonus of skipping a few lines! Would 100% recommend.

If you’re at a hotel, bring the shower cap for your hair, you can thank me later. Also wear rubber sandals as sneakers will cause you to have wet feet all day. Our guide Marian was wonderful though, she’s hilarious and kind

This was a spectacular trip to the falls with an unforgettable boat trip (prepare to get wet!). The trip behind the falls was well worth it to see Niagara from the other side.
Our guide Jose was brilliant - full of insights about Toronto and we were in safe hands at Niagara where he sorted all our tickets and kept us on time throughout.

The Canadian side of Niagara is simply spectacular. The bus trip was outstanding. Kaleb was the guide and Mike was the driver. So organized and well done. Having our boat tickets handed to us to fast track it through lines was worth every penny. The boat ride is incredible way to see the falls up close. Plenty of time to do both boat ride and journey behind the falls and you have to do both to get the full experience. Super comfortable bus for the ride to and from. This tour is a must do!

We are from KC, MO, US and I 100% recommend Queen Tours for Niagara Falls! First off, when you book a tour, call and request Andrew. He’s awesome. Second, do the helicopter. I gave 5 stars even though there was a small mix up at the helicopter place for 2 reasons:
1) we were running late for getting tickets to the boat ride, and Andrew not only helped us out by getting tickets for us ahead of time, but also by giving us some breathing room to grab some food since we missed the food stop due to the helicopter.
2) I always knew what was next and where we were going because Andrew was a solid communicator. We lost nothing on the day even with the delay. Awesome awesome awesome.
10/10 Queen tours and 10/10 Andrew the tour guide!
Trip was me (34) and my dad who is 60 and we did the tour without issues!
