My mom and I enjoyed the cruise. The staff was friendly and the tour guide was funny, and knowledgeable.
As a solo traveler, I love to experience new places/things, and this tour was absolutely amazing. The staff was warm and welcoming, AND, the tour guide shared a lot of great information on "Torono" lol/trivia and laughs. I was a great experience. I would highly recommend this tour for all.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Boat ride was pleasant all the way thru, I learned a few things about Toronto. Our captain made the experience enjoyable and fun, also a plus for the good music played along the ride.
Learned a lot about Toronto!! Beautiful views of Toronto and the islands. The crew was very friendly and professional.
We enjoyed the harbour tour and found the guide well-informed and engaging. We would have liked the experience to have been extended by y 30 minutes to take us closer the islands.
A very good overlook of the Niagara Falls experience and seeing the different areas that no one would even think of visiting. The guide was outstanding so give this look if your looking to experience Niagara Falls (CA) for the 1st time.
Very very enjoyable. You will get to see all that you would expect to see.Our guy who run the commentary was such good fun. I loved his passion and sense of humour.
The tour is only around 45 minutes, after liading and docking. Fine for a casual trip around the bay.

a great experience with a beautiful view of toronto DT and the CN tower, would recommended everybody to go here once at least and try to do the evening cruise as toronto shows its colours !
Great hour to view city from a different vantage point, see the islands, learn more about the history of the city and amazing buildings
Very difficult to find because no signs. No onsite parking so lots of walking back and forth. No information about that on website
Very nice! We did the 1-hour tour. In the evening in September the skyline was very scenic. Tour boat was comfortable and our tour guide, Marc, was excellent. Was a 15-minute walk from our hotel.
Ryan was excellent he pointed out all the buildings and then gave us time to chill a top guide 10/10
If I could give it zero stars I would. We got delayed arriving because of another excursion that we took that was running late and we got to the boat one minute before departure and they wouldn't allow us on. The ad says boarding starts 15 mins prior to departure but doesn't say you 'have' to be there 15 mins before. The operators there said we could possibly take the next boat (an hour and a half later) but then said there was no more space. They would not provide a refund because they say we were late and doesn't matter why. We weren't late. They literally pulled the ropes off the boat to depart as we stood there. Not happy with their customer service at all. Viator would not refund the tickets either.

I went on the 8pm boat tour and the views were amazing. The host Marc did a great job with the interesting fact about the area and keeping us entertained.
Great way to spend the afternoon seeing the Toronto skyline. Our tour guide was very personably and knowledgeable.
Boarded a fairly compact vessel, sailed on time. Good relevant commentary all the time. Either side of boat had opportunity to view the skyline the sight of which was magnificent,
Great view, boat was sailing perfectly and balanced . The announcer was knowledgeable about the city, very informative with a sense of himour.

MARK WITH A C!!! Absolutely phenomenal tour guide, he really made the experience what it was. You can tell he loves his job and that made us love it even more!! He was super funny and knowledgeable and we genuinely learned things that we can remember lol. The boat ride was beautiful, amazing photo ops despite the cloudy weather.
Our guide was fabulous! He was so Knowledgeable about the history of the city and buildings. Such a wonderful time!
A wonderful overview of some of the great areas of Toronto. Jason was a terrific guide with a wealth of facts and a great sense of humor.
Enjoyed the boat tour and the narration. The weather wasn’t great but the rain had stopped prior to departure. However the chairs were soaked and we all got wet clothing and felt cold. Otherwise it was a nice experience.
The tour of the harbour is amazing, the guide was super knowledgeable and there is plenty to see and learn about.
Unfortunately I cannot remember the guides name but he was fantastic. His sense of humor was was great and he was very knowledgeable. He even gave the address to the outside of the 'Suits' office building.
Great ride. 8 pm was a perfect time to see the skyline at night. Host Diego was fantastic - very informative and entertaining!
It was horrible. We arrived before 8:45 pm and it was about ten people total they refused to let on the boat. It was literally empty on the boat and they hadn’t pulled out and they did not let us on. No refunds just rude.
